Booked two apartments but both needed updating. Apartment next to main resort was noisy from very early morning being nearest to main Resort kitchen and service road, the beds were too firm so slept badly. We repeatedly requested a move but nothing said to be available although many apartments empty. Service in the Garden Village restaurant was awful with no management evident: first night we were refused a meal by elderly waiter until we pointed out kitchen was meant to be open. Another occasion he drove us and another customer away by repeatedly dragging tables and chairs around. Another time he swept floor around us as we ate and drank and once we never got served although several waiting staff chatting at bar.We boycotted the restaurant after that. Positives: Budget price and use of better main resort facilities where service was better and friendly. The location, 30 minutes from airport and near Tirant beach was good but nearest beach covered with seaweed.Layout of gardens and pools, buildings is attractive. We would be unlikely to return.

We had a very pleasant stay. The facilities were attractive and the staff were helpful and polite. Reception staff speak several languages. The restaurants were good and very reasonable in price.

Comfortable accomodation with excellent views close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Carema Garden Village. The room was very clean which is always a priority. Location was beautiful, right next to a beach that would be great for families as the water is very shallow. Check in and check out is very easy. Supermarket and many restaurants on site. Friendly staff. Only complaint is the bed was very hard! Overall would recommend this hotel to others.

It was a good stay but the food is average. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast but all inclusive was not the best place for that. But the staff is amazing and we experienced good service all the time!

We stayed in two different kinds of rooms as we enjoyed our stay so much we paid extra to extend and upgrade our holiday. The first room was quiet (as we had asked for) but that meant it was at the back of the garden village and built in to the hill so a little damp but still great. The second room was a sea view room that was absolutely beautiful and 100% worth the small extra cost, if you can get one. The small kitchen included is fine for preparing simple meals but I think we would have struggled to cook anything substantial - it was fine for us. The rooms (and whole complex) are very, very clean with staff continually cleaning every inch of the hotel - particularly in the busy dining room. Staff are very helpful at the reception. I left my bag behind after checkout and they helped to find it and are helping us getting it sent back. They can provide beach towels/iron etc for a small deposit. Beach front location is great and some steps take you to a larger, calm-sea beach that feels quite private with shallow water for kids. Buffet is very, very varied with some really great option each night, plainer options for kids, super pizzas every night and, at half board, we were able to choose lunch over dinner when we wanted to go to local restaurants for dinner. A few local bars and restaurants (and well-stocked supermarket) nearby catered for everything ‘extra’ - particularly Isabel’s is a beautiful nearby restaurant/bar for sunset drinks.

Peaceful location close to beach. Kids loved splash park and pool, all staff fiendly and helpful. We spent a very happy week at the resort.

Great location for walks on north coast

Really nice short break in this coastal resort. Lots of mosquitos however so come prepared! Otherwise would definitely recommend.

No electricity for two days including no wifi connection. So although we bought food we could not cook so had to eat out for first two days. The staff could not careless and just advised to contact our rep if we are not happy. The flooring was peeling off the floor then we discovered water leaking through the floor when i stepped in puddle next to my bed. Staff did not want to give another room until i insisted and the manager hid out in the back office and would not come and talk to me. The apartment had dark green shutters and blacked out curtains once opened you were directly exposed to the guests around the pool. So forced to keep curtains closed first thing in the morninh and when changing. The rooms were not cleaned adequately and we had mould in cupboards and skirting board was falling off the wall and the toilet always smelled unpleasant it was definitely not cleaned.

Not offered any help with our luggage or finding location of the room which was very difficult in the dark and our room was the 3rd floor up lots of steps. Nice complex by the beach. Very quiet area so highly recommend hiring a car. Not much was open when we went due to it being low season. We paid €18 for the buffet evening as we were self catering. Very good and drinks included.

Enjoyed choice of pools and close proximty of the beach.

Friendly staff. Very clean apartments. Location is great with beach on the doorstep.

Awful room no 125 on ground floor. No privacy, smelt of sewage .dark hot. Noisy location next to the pool which was regularly used up 11.30 pm one night , by inconsiderate families adults and kids alike . Cleaners plugged in a room fragrance on the last night! Sheet change wasn't until the last night either.

Stayed as a family of four, 2 bed self catering apartment. All necessary for our stay was provided. Very helpful staff, cleaned every day, plenty of fresh towels. Great view,overlooking the sea. Only downside was pool filter not appearing to be working properly - so avoided the pool and used the beach next door; not a big problem for us.

My wife and I came for a short trip (4 days). We booked at Carema because they had apartments available (so we could save a little money by cooking ourselves) and we got a great deal. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff was very pleasant and had great advice for the best things to do while we were there. The hotel is very nice, has multiple pools and is kept very nicely. The only drawback to the apartment was that the kitchen area was small and didnt really allow much cooking to be done. Apart from that, we had an excellent stay and we would recommend the hotel.

lovely apartments, mine looked out over the sea which was beautiful, the friends i went with had ground floor rooms which were also very nice. It was quiet when we went which was nice. i would imagine it would get really busy in high season
