We have stayed here before & enjoyed it. This was our 1st time traveling with our dog. Everyone was very nice. They even had dog cookies for him at checkin. I asked ahead for a 1st floor room & it was all ready for us. They breakfast is wonderful, everything is fresh, clean & delicious. It was another great stay

Great stay here for our family. Extremely clean, nice staff, good breakfast. The hotel is currently under construction without access to a larger lobby so the check in area was crowded and kind of chaotic and guests have to walk through a construction scaffold to get to rooms. This impacted the vibe upon check in but we had a great stay otherwise.

Had a great time staying at Hyatt. The staff was great and very friendly. One of the best free breakfast that I have. Nice to be so close to shopping and many different restaurants.

Beautiful hotel!! Even though they were doing construction, everything was neat and clean, especially our room. Breakfast was great and very nice after attending a wedding next door.

My 7 yr old and I stayed overnight for a friend's wedding nearby and the hotel was perfect. Check-in was super easy and they were kind of enough to accommodate us early since the room was ready. The room was great- I really liked the layout with the entry counter and desk near the bathroom and the bed technically "around the corner". Loved the 2sets of roller blinds - blackout and light filtering.

Location is good , safe , due to renovation going on in the hotel couldn’t see whole potential of the hotel, breakfast & breakfast room could be updated , more selection.

Perfect place to stay in the greater Sacramento area. Truly kind staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean pool and clean rooms. Our kiddo is starting Sac State in the fall and this will be our go to spot for visits.

Property is under construction. Website is very misleading and the hotel itself is filthy. The room that we got was not clean, hair in all the drawers, carpet hasn’t been vacuumed and a bunch of crap was in between the couch cushions. Had to leave one night early due to a family emergency and no refund or discounts, nothing. It’s all good, we just know not to stay here again.

We were in Roseville for a basketball tournament. This happened to also be at the time of a heatwave, where temps reached 110 F. The hotel and rooms were nicely air-conditioned.
The rooms had mini-fridges and microwaves upon request.
They were roomy and clean.
Having a pool was a nice option.
Not having to pay for parking was great, considering that hotels in surrounding areas were charging per day.
The breakfast was good- we stayed the weekend- Saturday: pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cream cheese
Sunday: biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, cream cheese
Overall, it is a great place to stay, and we would stay here again if we happen to be in town.
