AMAZING property. Incredible staff. We had to change rooms on the second night but the hotel was not able to accommodate our request for a nicer room (we were actually downgraded, despite the last nights being a higher rate). The room we got was super dark and humid, and did not meet our expectations.

Great experience. Do rent a car before getting there. Transportation in Puglia in general can be a little difficult as there are great distances to cover.

Beautiful hotel & property that is so luxurious. The room is beyond beautiful and spacious. An oasis of peace in Puglia that is unlike anywhere I have ever been. A MUST experience hotel

The hotel is very nice. It is very well located to get to know the area and the different cities around Puglia.

This resort is unique - it's almost lot an entire town! Charming for adults and great for kids with lots to do and kind staff who arrange activities and assist with every need.

Wow. Absolutely beautiful. An incredible experience. The only constructive feedback 1. Beach club needs improvement. It’s beautiful but they should come around with cold fruit, offer complementary water stations and complementary sunscreen stations. The bathrooms and changing rooms are tiny and basic. 2. breakfast quality was average 3. Absolutely loved riding bike to the beach club. 4. Perhaps put it in print and be sure to tell people not to taste the salt that is in the room 5. Best dessert of my life. The outdoor vegetarian restaurant pastry chef is a genius. The fruit vegetable rose infused dessert blew us away. And I usually prefer chocolate. I’m so glad I went with her suggestion 6. The design and feel of this place is magical. We will perhaps be back. 7. Good echo measures with their large ceramic soap and water bottle that you take with you. They will refill it as you wish.

I've stayed at top hotels before, however, none tops Borgo Egnazia! The facility is amazing and it's like you're transported to this magical place somewhere out there... To top it all off, we had the most enchanted night having dinner at the Hotel's piazza and there was a festival going on with music, top gastronomy and wine. The room itself, is the most spacious and comfortable and the staff was simply amazing. in addition, we went to a few small towns nearby that were amazing. We can't wait to go back!

Everything about Borgo Egnazia is a dream! The property is breathtaking & there is no shortage of activities and experiences. The staff go above & beyond to provide an exceptional quality of service. We will most certainly be returning!

Beautiful property but not worth the price and feels like it was built by disney! I prefer a much more tarditional italian experience. on the other hand the Pools and Beaches were perfect!

Wildly over priced. And then they charge 10 euros to rent a bike to get around the property. Obviously private equity owned!

We love the property and service in this hotel. It’s like having your own butler at your own suite. It’s would be great if the water pressure in the shower is a bit stronger.
