Necesita reforma

La ubicación, salias y estabas en la playa, personal muy amable, limpieza, que era un hotel pequeño, nada de grandes aglomeraciones

Necesita una pequeña puesta a punto. Decoración algo pasada de moda.

The room was quite big, clean and nice with a view on the sea, a big bathroom and very comfortable bed. Good food quality for both breakfast and dinner. Quiet and elegant hotel.

Cleanliness was top notch. Close enough (driving-wise) to all the nice beaches whilst being in a quiet area.

Breakfast quality was above average - variety wasn't.

Not crowded, near the beach

The Location and comfort were both excellent, this unique hotel is right by the sea, only 3 floors all with uninterrupted views. The pool and bar facilities were private but had secure direct access to the beach and the coastal path. The San Augustin area is a cut above the other areas we came across and the hotel is set among some good quality apartments, few other hotels are in the same position. The staff were very attentive and friendly and informative. The rooms were well appointed and cleaned daily. There was entertainment on every night during dinner but it was not intrusive, it was generally very quiet and it suited us well for the holiday we wanted Breakfasts were excellent and the Half Board option was very good value and nicely presented. The international airport was only 30 minutes away and the facilities and check in service very efficient compared to what we have come to expect in the UK recently.

The set menu was a little restricting but excellent value, we were only disappointed on one night by the choice. It would have been nice to have had a la carte on a couple of nights. The rest of the island appeared very drab compared to St Augustin. Even Hotel land in nearby Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas looks like a concrete jungle in comparison

Met my gluten free needs at mealtimes which was very reassuring
