On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds.
If you are a golfer, you will be pleased to know it’s a 2 minute walk to the golf club. Can be a tad expensive if you have to hire clubs but the course was amazing. The club house also was very cheap for food and drink.
We went self catering and glad we did as one night we did try the food on the complex, not great I’m sorry to say and not much choice for a buffet. There are local restaurants that are fairly priced.
The complex put on a free shuttle bus to beach etc, or it’s a 20 minute walk.
All in all I would definitely stay there again

Nice hotel. Free bus to beach. Food was ok. Main gripe was beds and beach towels were not changed all week and very little choice of dairy free options in restaurants especially desserts.

Very modern and appealing accommodation, grounds and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Attractive surroundings. Convenient free shuttle to local areas and beaches. One lovely warm swimming pool and a second cold one for serious swimming practice. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

3 times in 5 days I had to get them to fix the door to the accommodation each time spent about 30 minutes waiting on maintenance team arriving then going away to get relevant tools and ladders then waited whilst they repaired the door mechanism

Overall a lovely place to stay. The downstairs is bright and very clean and upstairs is spacious considering the space given. The only fault in our stay was that we were given two single beds as a couple. Otherwise the balcony was well looked after and so was the front seating area to the property.

The complex is comfortable and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of space and sun beds for relaxing. If you like a sunny terrace you should ask when you book - half the bungalows face the other way. Two large pools. Although they are called bungalows the accommodation is two storey so would not be suitable for some people. Also quite a long walk out of the village. There is everything you need on site so you do not actually need to go anywhere. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Friendly staff, comfortable room, clean and tidy. Close to bus stops for beach/shops. Lovely pool area, plenty of sunloungers. Road facing rooms can be bit noisy in early mornings with traffic so cant really leave window open. 20/30 mins walk to beach and yumbo centre or only 3/4 euros in taxi. Free shuttle bus available several times a day. The on site shop is ridiculously expensive but the shop at the faro2 centre is only a 10 min walk. If using any of the supermarkets including faro2 and spar check dates on everything, we noticed at all there were multiple products such as bread/marge/nuts/cheese and biscuits all out of date on the shelves.

We love the fact that the apartment is situated in a calm area, just beside the golf course. The common areas are a joy and the pool is great if you like to swim...80m long!! Besides this, the staff is very helpful. A special mention to our waiter, Alvaro, who always was friendly and very service minded. We will be back for sure.

Third time lucky. We did change our bungalow three times. First one was next to House Keeping Depo (bungalow no.219). Very loud area. From 7 am till 7 pm House Keeping women were mostly sitting there and cackling/talking very aloud or going back and forward with their trolleys making even more noise. No chance for rest. We did ask to be moved to other bungalow and that was arranged quickly but second bungalow (no.202) had damp on the ceiling (please check picture). Very unpleasant smell inside the bungalow and this stuff is harmful to health. Day after we have been moved again to third bungalow. This time condition of the place was acceptable for our 10 day stay. All essentials were in. Kitchen well equipped. All beds are single so no chance to sleep with you partner together. Shower and shower area extremely small (please check picture) luckily for us we were slim. Cold inside bungalows during the nights. Pool side pleasant so big plus for this but everything else is dated and need some refurbishment asap. Concierges were very friendly and helpful. Sadly will not stay there again.

Lovely pool and spacious accommodation. The staff were very friendly and 24 hour security. A 15 minute walk to the beautiful area of maspolamos with excellent restaurants and shops. Perfect location for exploring the area.

This is worth a 5* rating. If self catering everything you need is there or lovely clean dining room for all meals. Pool is massive, lots of sunbeds always available. Near other activities. Free evening shows were worth going to.

The apartments were great. They are divided in two floors so you had the bedroom upstairs and living room and kitchen below. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace outside. The pool are was great with plenty of room for everyone. The service in the pool restaurant was outstanding. Worth mentioning was Alvaro’s kindness and high service level. It was easy to park our rented car either at the property or right across the street. All in all, we want to repeat this stay in the future.

This nice apartment - it is not a bungalow since it has 2 levels 0 is in a nice complex with good pools etc BUT has the most uncomfortable sofa we have ever sat on.
The sofa is so uncomfortable that is would prevent us from recommending these apartments to anyone,
TV costs moeny to hire - and only has a couple of interesting channels.
Furniture is good but very sparse.
LoCATION - Next to golf club - but cannot really walk anywhere from here - glad we hired a car

We where more than satisfied with the sevice provided in this hotel and would have no difficulty recommending to others.
We where there in September when it was 36 degrees, very hot for us middle aged people and would have enjoyed air conditition at night, there were good sized fans in the bedroom and living room but they only moved the hot air around so were not benificial.
We were self catering but were extremely disappointment with the one dinner we had in the restuatrant I returned a lasagne that was served with an ice cold centre.
My husband plays golf so the location was excellent, we were suprised to find that there was no liaision between the hotel and golf club considering the proximity, usually discounts are on offer.
Taking above into account we would have no hesitation in returning and loved the bungalows and ambience provided by the extremely large pool.
