The floors in the rooms were very dirty. I stepped out of the shower onto the white towel. I picked up the wet towel, and it was black streaks on it. Looks like house keeping was mopping with a dirty mop.

Excellent property!! We love the complimentary courtesy airport shuttle and the complimentary breakfast. We love the full kitchen and separate living room. Shopping and various restaurants available within walking distance. The only hold back was that there’s no bath tub and courtesy shuttle to the cruise port would’ve been nice.

Overall this is a very good hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the room did not have a desk or a work area. The photos show a desk so that is misleading. The service is outstanding. About 1 hours after check in, I received a call from the young lady that checked me in, asking if the room was ok and if I needed anything. That rarely ever happens anymore. Well done! With all of this said, I won't return because it's unacceptable to pay $15 a day to park in a hotel parking lot next to a take out Chinese restaurant . Seriously? Do better Hyatt. My bad for not reading the fine print when booking.

Our stay was wonderful! It was very brief, but if we are looking for a hotel, we’ll definitely stay here again. The only thing I would do differently would maybe add an ice machine somewhere because like I said we were there briefly and it wasn’t enough time for our freezer to make ice. The front desk was accommodating. Also, luggage racks would be so helpful in preventing the spread of bed bugs!! I never put luggage on the floor or couch. Definitely don’t want to bring them home if they were there. Instead, we used the kitchen counter— not great but at least there was something not fabric.

Great hotel, free shuttle to and from airport. $19.95 fee per person to cruise port. Breakfast was okay. Front desk was very nice and super helpful. Over all I would stay here again if my cruise port was through Fort Lauderdale.

Downside was the elevator button to go on 5th floor was not working during my stay. I ask for a room close to elevator because of the inability to walk so far and carry the items I plan to purchase and carry to my room instead of leaving in car. But the agent books my room right to the elevator on 5th floor that did not go up there. So two days straight I had to walk from the one down the hall dragging my items ☹️☹️☹️they fix it on the last day I was checking out but I still love this hotel.

I like that very close to the airport right next to a shopping center mall things that I did not like,different parts of the building smells bad the apartment smells like burn food the carpet and the hallways smelled bad

The hotel was willing to keep packages from online shoppibg at no extra charge. Always helpful staff. Only issue was the smell on our floor before we hot to our room from the elevator.

Loved the area, the staff was absolutely amazing. A young girl working the late morn when we finally arrived after a much delayed flight, was beyond incredible. I left my phone in an Uber and she gave me her phone to try and contact the guy. Talked me down, made coffee and was the perfect person to deal with when these things happen. A true rock star. ❤️❤️would completely suggest this property to anyone.

The property itself is nice and the staff were excellent. However the breakfast attendent was overwhelmed because she was tending the entire breakfast station alone. Which made the breakfast stations very unkept at times. Due to a language barrier it was difficult to communicate what was needed..

The place is old but pretty clean. We were looking for ice and water and asked the front desk and both times we asked we were told there are no ice machine available. We were not told that we can use the icemaker in the fridge. Would be nice if they have told us the first night. We tried to call front desk several times and no one answered our call. And we also asked for toilet paper and no one came up. We had to look for housekeeping so we can ask for ourselves.
