Stayed in the garden cabin was no garden and the aircon doesn’t go below 21 I don’t understand we live in hottest city and they programmed only to go to 21 so never got cool was always hot

Rooms clean however maintenance needed doing. Not a park for family there is only pools and a jumping pillow which was closed more than open, they say due to rain even when stopped 5 hours prior. Not even a playground for kids. First tine i have ever been to a caravan park that does not have a play ground. Absolutely nothing for kids bar swimming. Food at poolside restaurannt very ordinary. Sorry but wont be staying there again.

The room was fine but our work group were mainly there for drinks and food. The bar/service staff were nice, but twice I had to enquire about about cocktails I'd ordered after waiting 10 minutes and they somehow seemed to have been forgotten. They also asked me twice if I had ordered random food like chips and wedges as if they had no idea who it was actually for.
It was still a great time and all was nice so four stars. I also didn't accept any of the unknown food orders. 😆

Cabin was over in the area where there’s little to no grass, just dirt. The reticulation was turned on in the arvo as I was sitting outside at my table having a beer. Within ten minutes my cement area was covered in water which turned the dust to kinda nearly mud. My cabin was small but extremely clean and had everything I needed for a two night stay. Big tv. Comfy bed. Microwave and fridge. Cutlery and crockery. Good pool area. Has its own tavern on site. Good location for me, as I was working nearby. It’s about 20 mins drive from the city. Overall not bad.

The cabin I stayed in needs toilet seat cover changed and the bunk beds are noisy when person turning.

Nice stay but room not ready for 2pm checking at 230pm

Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night out of the 3 we paid for and were not able to get a refund. We arrived at our room and were greeted by cockroaches scurrying around the room. We went for dinner came back and then found them crawling across the bed. Needless to say not much sleep was had. Staff at the bar were lovely as was the lady at reception even though I was disappointed with the cleanliness and roaches. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

Really good service at the front counter the manager should be very proud of the people at the front counter also the lounge the black lounge in our room was the best should be in every room very comfortable! Central to Out Of Darwin, City & Casuarina Congratulations keep up the good work

I arrived at 2am, checkin was easy, the room very clean, icely organised and the ac turned on.
They’re basic but nice and well priced.

Great park with eating and entertainment onsite - had a 2 bedroom family Villa and we found it was a tad small for only 2 people, beds were comfy

Rooms very tired & small paint peeling on walls, Tiny Vanity to try and wash face & dishes. Mould in shower, fridge had to be replaced. Beds on rollers took off when you sat or moved on them, no shelving or space for toiletries in bathroom or in shower. Aircon struggled in the afternoons. Main pool was dirty all the time, grounds neglected. This park has gone down hill big time since we were here last time.
