Didn’t realize the rooms don’t really have air condition - even though the thermostat says “Air Conditioner”. The first night was very hot, even with windows open (however with no screens you have to put the curtains in front of the windows so no bugs (or birds) come in); the second night we were able to get a fan that moved the air around more. Our kettle had a crack in it, we notified the front desk. The room was set up with a portable crib - our kids are older and needed the pull-out instead. The coverlet for the sofa bed had a big stain on it, but the kids never had to use it since it was so hot anyway. One of the hand towels also had small stains on it, but there were plenty of others provided that we just put it to the side. Notified the front desk about both and they apologized. The neighborhood was overall quiet but very dirty with a lot of trash and broken glass and if you walk from the train station (or want to get to the downtown area) like we did on arrival - you have to walk through an area of people living in tents with a sign up that says “Watch your children” - not the most comforting. However, we did figure out the tram system and it’s easy to hop on just one street over from the hotel. Staff was very friendly though and the room was clean, other than the above mentioned coverlet and towel.

Stayed solo one night before going the way to the airport - it was a perfect place for this. Clean, modern, and conveniently located (right by the train station). Having a kitchenette is a major plus.

Booked a room for 4 people but the sofa bed was not done when we arrived (11pm).Had to do the bed for my children by myself. Room was dirty, painting peels off, hit/ac box was dislocated from the wall, dust everywhere, stain on the carpet. Friendly staff and good location !

Adagio Grenoble is a great choice for a family stay (e.g, on a short ski trip). It is very close to the train, buses and all other transports. There's is enough space in the room, the equipment is OK (even if not new), the beds are comfy and the staff is very helpful/friendly. Finding a slot to park on the streets nearby is doable for free plus there's a big parking 5' away at the railway station.

Even though we arrived late, the receptionist was attentive and friendly. The process was quick! If you arrive by car, it is better to book the carage from the hotel!
The studio was well cleaned befoure our arrival.
Excellent stay for one night! Would recommend!

Nice business hotel with a very well equipped kitchen. Carpets are shot and stained, but everything else was very clean. Helpful staff at check in who spoke good English (helpful for language morons like me!). Nice location close to train station and GEM.

Stay was not that great , had to stay in a room with no AC while it was really hot in grenoble.
Completely congested with no AC . Hotel staff did not even give a room change or refund for 3 days and only on the 4th day i got a room with AC .
I am sure hotel knew that AC was not working in that room and still offered it to me and with no change latter.

A great place to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly and the studios are well equipped with self catering facilities. Keep a lookout for free events and goodies (like fondue!) during your stay.
If you can get a room on a higher floor there are great views of the mountains (rather than the back of buildings!). Gym is very small and basic (one set of dumbells) but sauna is good.

A good apartment hotel, friendly staff, good parking, spatious room with a living room and kitchen, air con, nice view! Only the curtains were dirty and some parts of the walls would need renovation. Can recommend this definitely!

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and their English was quite well spoken. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette well appointed. The view from my 7th floor apartment was absolutely superb, which was good because I had the window open most mornings and nights (as the air conditioner worked little of the time). My main complaint was that the WiFi was kind of unstable and slow at times

The room is big and the amenities was good. Enjoyed my stay. Only regret that it was for one night. Will book again if I return to Grenoble.

This was a perfect location - walking distance from the Grenoble bus station and all sites/facilities.
I had trouble with the air-conditioning and it would have been nice to have some coffee and tea in the room as they charged for it in the lobby.

Very clean and spacious with exceptionally helpful staff. Great location for an easy walk into the city centre or jumping a tram. BEWARE though parking in street is a nightmare and although you can rent the car park it is below ground via a lift and our Xtrail only JUST managed to fit in and then to get into or out of parking bays it was a 10 point turn. It is more designed for Ford Focus type sizes

Stayed there this week for a week.
The bed is just a pair of twins pressed together and, if you're familiar with that setup, you'll know that they will separate halfway through the night.
The wifi is only usable from like 10am-3pm. Outside of those hours, you'll be lucky if you get a connection. If you do, it'll drop more than 50% of the packets, meaning, in layperson's terms, that loading webpages, chat, video, etc. are all slow/choppy/broken.
Would not return.

I got very kind service from the hotel stuff and the room was very compact size, but it had everything we needed. I would stay again if I go there and I can recommend to my friends!

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was fine. I could charge my phone using my international adapter, but my curling iron wouldnt work (I had the same problem at The Grosvernor in London, so the problem might be with the appliance).I do not know the city, so I am not sure about the area. Do not count on Google to help find this hotel from the train station. It will send you all over the place. The hotel staff know a direct route which takes about five minutes to walk, so call them before you go.

We were spending Thanksgiving in Grenoble visiting our son who is studying at GIM. The hotel was located near the school, trolley stop, and downtown. Comfortable suite for my husband, daughter, and me. Beautiful views of the mountians from the balcony. Easy access to everything. Would stay again.
