The site was nestled on the cliffs, allowing for serene privacy and exclusivity to the private beach. Our ocean view room was a true view of the ocean and we were able to hear the waves crashing in the early mornings. Although the food selection was basic, I feel as though that is the norm with many hotels. Getting the true authentic food warrants trips into the local town. Being close to the market was also a nice feature. Lastly , the hotel has no restrictions on Uber making it extremely easy to get rides to and from our destinations.

The property and staff were nice. Welcoming and accommodating. Property only had one restaurant that was not good. I ended up going to market and buying food to cook. Room was equipped with kitchen and washer and dryer. The views are excellent! Lots of planned activities throughout the day. Housekeeping kept room clean. Concierge was very helpful Sylvia was excellent. She answered all my questions helped book excursions and arranged transportation. On the last day of my stay the water went out. Front desk said maintenance was working on it. Plumbing is not good at the hotel. Toilet barely flushes. The water outage was very inconvenient. They charge a lot of extra fees when you check out. This should be explained in detail on website. Overall stay was good. Beach was rough and you had to pack chairs and umbrellas down a lot of steps. Location was close to stores and convenient

This property was Amazing! Food was fantastic, drinks were not. But with a kitchenette we were able to make our own drinks and sometimes meals. The theme nights were fun and the buffets on those nights were also delicious! The staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved that we could get more than one pool towel so we could use one as a pillow or to fully cover the hot loungers. We could always find a spot by one of the beautiful pools, and liked the options of a shallower warm pool or the deeper cooler pool. We also loved the hot tubs as well! The private beach was a bonus, and swimmmable on calmer days. They have lots of optional activities and i enjoyed the cooking class. Our final bill was exactly as expected with no strange charges! We would recommend this resort and will definitely come back, we already bought the package offered at check out to come again!

About 12 minutes from town but the rooms come with a kitchen and washer/dryer. They do have a delivery service for food if you want to have some extra snacks on hand but the Restaurant food is nothing short of Delicious. The staff is excellent!!!

Beautiful location

Staff is extra friendly and helpful. We were rained out one day so they provided extra activities and games to pass the time. The property has great views and is well maintained.

Very quiet area. Staff is great. Wi-fi could be better especially if you need to stay connected to work. Toilets are nice and clean but they just don’t flush great. Sorry I do plumbing. But they are new.

Silvia at the concierge was so amazing. She helped make our Hyatt stay wonderful. There isn’t a bad view at this place and the private beach gave my fam the full island style experience. The staff is great with Rufo and Jorge mixing drinks at the pool, Edgar’s continuos polite greetings at the front and Jonas on the mic running activities. Not even there a full week and they remember our names. If there was one thing I would change are the couch beds. More than comfy for 2 people but just alright for the other 2 that have to sleep on the couch bed. Overall, great place to stay in Cabo, quiet and relaxing

They only clean room once during stay, then we were with out power and AC all night our last night there.

Loved the room size. The cocktails and food are expensive. I think they can lower the prices so we can take advantage of the property and not have to dine out. I loved the beach access. I loved the location if you have a car. I was able to travel in cabo and it was very accessible.

It could be inflation but the prices at the restaurant and room service were so over priced it was ridiculous on top of that their's only one restaurant

Second time staying there, always amazing. My friends I was with loved it as well.

The hotel it self was great from what I can see. The problem was I only stayed two days and day 1 was a protest so they closed down the resort. No dining, no swimming, so we had to take a Uber off the site so we were unable to enjoy the amenities. So csnt say much about the facilities itself, but the rooms were great. Had washer, dryer, kitchen, and everything you need to cook. Would definitely like to come back and try the Pool, restaurants and everything they have to offer

Very nice hotel and fairly priced. Gorgeous views and nice swimming pools. Conveniently located and easy to go to the Arch and also to San Jose del Cabo. Very attentive and pleasant personnel. Only snag, a request to clean our room was ignored. Getting an answer dialing 0 was challenging, (took several attempts to get an answer), then took two days requesting face towels to finally get them.

Great staff, very polite and friendly. Food was surprisingly really good. Would recommend if you’re looking for a lowkey spot that is more relaxing and quiet.

This newly-acquired Hyatt property needs some improvements outside and in. The staff were friendly and functional, but concierge messed up our 25rh-anniversary dinner reservation at the nearby Rosa Negra restaurant. Will probably give them another try after some time goes by.
