Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! I only wish the bar and restaurant would have been open and available more days and evenings.

I've stayed at the Maxwell 5 times now on business and it's always a great stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel is so comfortable -- love Dash the Pineapple pup, the individual duvet covers and robes, and the afternoon coffee service. The in-and-out parking is really convenient. Great neighborhood as well.

This Hotel is a bit pricey, but the amenities, great staff and cleanliness are next level.

We had a suite room to accommodate 5 people! The two twin beds are so soft and comfortable for my kidos to have a good sleep. The sofa bed is cleaner than I expected. We had a cozy experience during our stay!

We stay here when we do stuff downtown. Quiet location just outside of downtown Seattle but a quick Lyft ride to downtown. Walkable to climate pledge arena. Always clean with friendly helpful staff! Fun decor

It is fine. Was asked if we wanted to park, said yes, and was not told that it will come out to $50 a day. Take everything out of your car and park in the street. There are plenty of spots nearby. Any other parking would be cheaper around there also. Another thing to keep in mind is that their garage clearance is VERY low. If you have any sort of topper or lifted truck above 6feet, you will not fit into the garage doors. We were promised a doggie welcome kit and it never came. The bar is terrible. Dirty glassware. This place was not worth it, to me.

This hotel prides itself on cleanliness and they deliver. The bedding and towels are always clean and comfortable. I have two suggestions: 1. add another person to the coffee bar in the morning. One person is not enough to manage the line. 2. In double rooms, provide one more water bottle. But other than that, I love staying here!

The staff was incredible!

This is my second visit. Everyone is always nice and super accommodating. The beds are comfy and the blankets and towels feel good, not starched or bleached like some places. My only issue was the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There was dirt in the shower and what looked liked someone’s toenail clipping and hair on the counter. I always bring my own sanitizing wipes and Lysol to do a once over because you never know. With this specific case, I’m glad I did.

What makes this hotel stand out is the incredible comfort of the beds, duvets and pillows, it was the best sleep comfort experience we've had. In fact, the hotel sells everything under the name The Naked Experience. Years ago when my wife and I travelled in Germany we came across hotels that don't prepare the beds hte usual way but rather start with a fitted sheet and then fold an individual duvet for each person, and you just unfold then and tuck yourself in for a great nights rest. My only beef with this place is the Resort Fee at $29.95/night. Resort Fees are just a way for hotels to increase the rate without showing it in the first rate you see. Many hotels do this nowadays, and like tip creep it's just something that I wish hotels would refrain from and instead publish all0inclusive rate with nothing added later. That said, we loved our two-night stay. The food in the Bistro should have an honorable mention too: we enjoyed the best pizza in a long time and the pork sliders with fries are delicious. We also tried the counter service breakfast with plenty to choose from. Location-wise, it's a stone throw from the iconic Space Needle, and everything else in the downtown area, you can walk easily in 10-15 minutes.

The elevators take forever and finding the stairs to use instead is almost to the point of needing your GPS to locate them. The room was nice and staff was nice too. The restaurant was a bit odd with having to order at the bar. Really limited. The “free” upgrade of the drink was also silly as it was draft beer or not great wine. I usually stay at another hotel when in that area so will more than likely return to it next time I’m there. Not impressed enough to return here

This place is very clean and I loved the separate comforters.

My wife and I traveled with 3 kids (11,11, 7), I booked this hotel because of its high score on cleanliness, and it sure did not disappoint! It is walkable to many restaurants and they even gave us a complimentary beverage for each person! That was a very unexpected pleasant surprise! The hotel space was well designed and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The hotel bed, sheets, and duvet covers were so soft and fluffy, they were probably the best we have ever had. I can’t recall Riz Carlton was even that good. We are Marriott vacation club owners, but my kids asked to come back and stay here next time we visit Seattle again, and we most likely will. Thank you for keeping your hotel so clean and comfortable!

Worked out great for our family group of 5. Booked a suite which was spacious and served us well. Disappointed in breakfast as one in our group was Celiac and GF options were very limited.

Place is very clean and very comfortable

Close to Space Needle area north of downtown. Also convenient to Pier 91 cruise terminal. Not a busy, hip neighborhood... More residential. Room was nice and good linens & pillows present. Beds were comfy. Hotel lobby/lounge has a young funk feel to it which the kids enjoyed. Downside: breakfast options limited... Think Starbucks-type menu and pricing. Overall I'd stay there again if I the area.

Just loved everything about it

I absolutely loved the decor, the vibe, the entire experience was Epic! This will absolutely be our go to everytime we go to seattle or anywhere else these are located!

Convenient location in city

We are repeat visitors to the Maxwell Stay Pineapple and are drawn to the area for its proximity to sights (Seattle center), food (both restaurants and groceries), and clean, safe environment. We end up spending lots of time in Queen Anne, which is a short if strenuous walk uphill. The staff are very friendly and helpful all around.

Great stay. Great staff. The only complaint was noise. We had people above us making noise all night long. We had to really tune it out if we wanted to sleep. Other than that trip was great.

Front desk staff were awesome!
