the bathtub was clog up and we had to change room. our car was scratched badly while parking there.

It smells like sewage in the casino and couldn’t even use the casino bathroom. The room was clean and smell free. Good AC. Staff were nice enough just didn’t seem too enthusiastic to be in the service industry. GREAT LOCATION!!

Property was old and very out dated. A/c did not work. Tried to tell hotel staff and was told they didn’t have any maintenance man to work on it right now and that they couldn’t change our room. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No table games in the casino area. Staff very rude.

Clean comfortable and eady access to rooms from the strip. One thing to note… UBER will drop you off at the Hotel, but you have to be picked up at a nearby Harrah’s hotel.

Nice and clean place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. Very convenient.

Center location

I decided to stay at BW because of its location to the Sands Expo. Best decision. After a long day it was relaxing to sit outside near the pool and relax. Many properties close their pools at 7pm or earlier. This was a treat. Refrigerator in my room. No microwave but right down the hall near the vending machines there are two very clean microwaves. I will definitely stay here again.

Your afternoon clerk was not very helpful

Room was extremely clean. Very convenient location, walkable to plenty to do. No resort fee made it a huge plus!

The place is a bit rundown, but it's reasonably priced and pretty central.

We had a great stay. The room was comfortable and easily accessible. We loved the pool!

Hotel location is perfect. Double queen room was very average, but thankful for a clean & safe room to stay while vacationing for a weekend away with a friend. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was very quiet and the beds comfortable. We used Las Vegas as a layover on our trip to Hawaii. We also spent a couple of hours walking the Strip. The place was very convenient.

Great desk service. Very helpful. Had to cut our stay short and they quickly tefunded the difference. Will use again.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Casino Royale - Center Strip for 3 nights. This place was a bit affeted by the ravages of time, but still in acceptable condition. We ordered a non-smoking room, but could clearly sense that earlier residents had been smoking in the room prior to our visit. The cleaning was satisfying, but mediocre. (Dust balls and some garbage was left behind under the beds.) The airconditioning was a bit noisy, and also a bit unwilling to let us adjust it. (We had to try several times with slightly different configurations to make it work.) The hotel provided a swimming pool, which was very satisfying. Also, extra bathing towels were available to hotel guests directly by the pool, free of charge. This was very convenient. And the pool was located in a quiet place, shielded from view by non-residents. The room had no microwave oven or other cooking facilities, but it was provided with refrigerator. Despite the fact that this is a combined casino and hotel, and that the Las Vegas strip hosts an ongoing 24h year-round party, no noise from this could be heard in our hotel room. The staff members were in good mood and very accommodating. We felt very welcome and wanted. I have never before had such a positive experience at check-in. The hotel had good car parking capacity.

Very convenient to surrounding areas. The pool was clean and quiet. Great food choices. Vending machines. Over all I would stay again at this hotel.

Great staff. Easy check in. Toilet didn’t seem to flush properly and you can hear everyone’s conversation in the corridor.

The location was perfect! Could easily walk the entire strip from here (through the casino's lol) bus stop was close. The venetian was a stones throw away. The room was average. It was clean. My only complaint is that the bathroom was of date and in need of some TLC or maybe some CLR. The faucet in the tub was rusty, and the tub itself was discolored. The toilet wouldn't flush properly and ended up getting clogged but it got resolved quickly. However my wife and I hardly spent any time in the room because there was so much to do. Overall I'd give the best western a 4.5/5. It's not luxury but it'll do.

Property was a great location with restaurants, pharmacy and casinos.

Perfect location. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The property is quite old, it is not a resort. Pool area is tiny. It was perfect for our trip -concert at the Sphere and visiting friends - good location and we were not looking for resort atmosphere.

This property is a hidden treasure. It’s right in the middle of everything. It might need a little updating but everything is good enough.
