I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Bucharest Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-positioned for easy access to local attractions, and staffed by incredibly kind and helpful people. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel has limited parking spots, which can be a problem if you arrive late in the evening, as the spots tend to fill up quickly. However, during the day, spaces frequently become available. Fortunately, there's a large public underground parking lot right next to the hotel, which serves as a convenient alternative. Despite this minor inconvenience, my experience at the hotel was positive, thanks to its cleanliness, prime location, and friendly staff.

Excellent location, close to Arena National(concert,events) and convenient with transport to the city centre. Big,clean rooms, large beds. Underground paid parking, 24 hours. Restaurant is modern,with good meals and service.

Good room size, very well cleaned and nice ordered. Near location there are a lot of transportation possibilities: Metro, tram, bus ... Huge (payed - at a very fare price) parking place right beneath (S1 and S2) the Hotel area and the boulevard. Good breakfast but at the charged price it would have to offer something more to eat in my opinion.

Mini bar was not complete and also contained fake bottle of whiskey. I stated that we did not used the minibar at all but I was still charged (which I was afraid due to missing mini bar stuff) after the checkout and leaving the hotel for some ... unknown reason.

Clean and tidy and modern

Facilities such as SPA didn’t mention it was just sauna, nothing else apart from that. Having a proper spa was the reason I booked this hotel, was disappointed to see there was only sauna. Very pricey compared to other lovely locations. With the same price I had a proper SPA with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, massage which should include a ,SPA’. I believe it has some false advertisement in it.

New hotel, very nice accommodation. Very well thought bedroom with a small sofa, table and chairs. Barroom with all that you might need.

The room was a good size, decent bed and AC. Two bottles of complimentary water per day..

The location isn’t great. Not really near anything of interest and certainly too far from the Old Town to walk it.

Friendly staff. Great location, at least for anything near the National Arena. We had a room with city view with a huge balcony, very clean and comfy. Great parking possibilities, right next to the hotel. A nice restaurant right at the hotel entrance.

Brakefast is to expensive.

nice and modern hotel. lovely bar and restaurant. not much to say about neighborhood, but if you move around by taxis anyway that would be a very good option

Breakfast was very good , staff was the best in Romania , Mr Jaj and Mr Red was excellent staff in the breakfast room.Location and house keeping was very good.

staff, didn’t help with our needs, we need it to downgrade one of the rooms so we can be 2 rooms together, didn’t agree to refund the difference, at the end agreed for 20€ witch not was the amount after let my family wait in the car more than 1 hours …. poor attitude to customers

The hotel was very nice with a good gym and air conditioning that ACTUALLY cooled the room <18C (thank god!). The front desk staff were great as well.
