The property was wonderful and the staff was friendly. There were not a lot of options within walking distance for families and those with limited walking capability. We were able to eat at the hotel restaurant, which was very good.

Excellent place to stay. The professionalism of the staff was top-notch!! They were helpful with recommendations from local restaurants to the best way to travel (taxi or metro). Even eating at their restaurant was a wonderful experience! Staff that we have to mention because of the vast knowledge of Milan and Italy overall were Sarah, Giuseppe, Andrea, Olim Arianna and of course MEDO ( all went above and beyond to make our Italian experience fantastical!)

Not convinced. Sounds more an hotel for business travelers. Nobody pays attention to you at the reception. You enter or go out and they do not say any polite sentence. The hotel has no charm. We paid for the breakfast but in fact nobody does control if so. We should have not paid for breakfast if we knew. Overall not a hotel for vacation.

The hotel close to all and so clean

I’m can’t recommend this properly enough mainly for their customer service. Our flight to Milan was early in the morning and when we arrived to Holiday inn Silvia (friendly, helpful, professional receptionist) checked us in and allocated 2 rooms that were available at time there were for disabled and the toilets were uncomfortable for us to use we mentioned it to the reception staff and in the next day they offered us very nice comfortable rooms. At the end of our holidays our flight was cancelled we rang the Hotel from the airport and they booked us in for another night normally the check out is at 12:00 but because our flight was late in the evening Silvia extended it until 17:00 we were very delighted especially we returned our rental car the day before and the weather was extremely hot. I would like to thank all the Staff at Holiday inn for their welcoming Manner and professionalism.

The hotel is normal, very far and is located in a not very safe zone to walk, public transport not so easy to catch.

The best hotel during my trip to Europe.

The hotel is 41 minutes away from the MXP airport which is 130 euro by taxi but once your ready to return the hotel have cabs that charge 110 that fits 2-3 people. Everything thing for tourism is like 20-45 minutes away that cabs charge 36-48 euro depend where you wanted to go. The staff is friendly and helpful. One of the staff loan me his charger for my entire stay.. Please get an European charger with you. My son and I had fun. The breakfast is simple but the pastry is delicious.

We had a good stay and we really enjoyed the hotel. The station was not so far. It can be reachable by 20 mins walk or bus or train to central Milan

Cheap but not close to anything like restaurant or Metro rail which the closest is about 1.5 miles away. Clean room but not a lot of pillows and coffee enough the two of us.

Clean quiet room . Staff are helpful and speak English. Be aware that this hotel is in the north end of the city and quite far from the train station and well over 100 euros by taxi to Malpensa airport.
