I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HYATT House Boulder/Broomfield, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the high-quality linens and thoughtful touches throughout the room.
The hotel's location is perfect — close to both Boulder and Broomfield, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, the convenience of nearby shopping, dining, and outdoor activities is fantastic.
One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day. I also appreciated the fitness center and the outdoor patio area, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Overall, my experience at HYATT House Boulder/Broomfield was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, spacious rooms, and great amenities made this a memorable stay. I look forward to returning soon!

My latest stay was disappointing. The A/C was set to shut off at 68⁰. I don't sleep well unless it is a few degrees cooler. Not Only was the desired temperature off limits, the fan-on setting was disabled. I don't sleep well without a constant fan.
My comforter was so awfully discolored, it was some frightening color of gray. There were carpet stains in my room and along the hallway.

The fridge is really loud in (I've stayed 2x, and both were loud). Staff was Meh. Location, Meh. Beds and pillows, Meh.

Nice stay with a few exceptions. We got the room specifically for the kitchen. Our microwave didn’t work. We had to eat most of our meals out. Shower needs a deep clean for mildew in corners and at bottom and side of shower door. A fan would help for more comfortable temperature. Either very hot or very cold. Needs new pillows and other bedding. Feathers on each side of the bed in floor from coming out of worn comforter. Staff very nice and helpful. Comfortable stay but just needs a few simple updates.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Flatirons Mall is about 5 minutes away, Boulder is right down the road, and there are a ton of restaurants nearby. We appreciated the billiards table, the hotel bar that was open until 10:30pm to grab a nightcap, the clean room and comfy bed, the quiet location, and the complimentary continental breakfast. Highly recommended!

The staff in this hotel are incredibly nice. The location is convenient to Boulder and the northwest Denver suburbs. It’s also right next to the Faltirons bus station.
Although it might not seem like there’s much around, there are actually all the amenities you could want within a short drive. I would recommend staying here.

All started with a very pleasant welcome by Stephanie, their hotel manager. The room service was excellent…provided by Yesenia. She was very sweet. It gave the opportunity to practice my Spanish language.

Broomfield area us beautiful and very centralized to Boulder, Denver, and Rocky Mountain National Park. It is a great, quiet, safe town to stay in. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness and property condition could have been slightly better but nothing to really complain about.

I traveled with my family, my husband and 2 children. When we made the sofa couch for the kids, the sheets were dirty. There was one blanket and on pillow. I asked the front desk for another pillow and blanket. She needed an explanation why what was provided in the room wasnt enough. Her response was "Ill try to see what I can do". After am 1.5 hours, 9:15pm (my children go to bed at 8pm), i went back down there to ask again. The pillow and blanket were delivered about 15 minutes after that. The bedding on the king bed was dirty.

Wi-Fi sucked big time, breakfast was so so things were cold or empty. Or taste like rubber had to ask for clean towels didn’t get the sheets changed in five days but the lady at the front desk was spectacular. At least she made me smile.

Staff very friendly and property very clean. Excellent breakfasts and afternoon cookies a nice touch. Comfy room and great kitchenette, Given the price a great value. Convenient to Boulder for my nephew’s wedding and festivities. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for four days total, but perfect for everything you need as a family or a couple who are wanting to stay in close between boulder or the mountains and downtown Denver. Very quiet, extremely comfortable.

The room had a full kitchen, living room space, and large bathroom. It was clean, the staff was friendly and I felt it was a good value for the price paid.

I liked Hyatt House overall. It was clean, we had a nice King Studio Suite that had everything you could need. However, the toilet ran continuously after you flushed it and we told the front desk our first night there and no one came to fix it. Also, the breakfast buffet was cold and bland. We actually just went to get our own breakfast.
