Really happy with our stay at MO Como. Will definitely visit again soon.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como. The property was without any question beautiful, inviting and welcoming. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the staff, who were well-informed and made excellent recommendations.

Lovely hotel. However, our room was sooo small. They could have at least miunt the TV to the wall to open some space. They have a table to place things on but they should place a dresser. We had one very small closet. They gave us a room all the way on the top of hill and so if you wanted assistance with golf cart, you would feel obligated to tip so imagine doing it 5 or 6 times. You jist spend your day tipping all day. Expensive stay for not a very comfortable stay.

2nd time at this property/resort since June 2021. Definitely not the caliber of the Mandarin Oriental Hotels like Bangkok, Barcelona or Miami. Work needed in terms of hospitality like staff re-training. Was better in 2021. Has definitely gone downhill since.

Best hotel in the world.

This hotel is just perfection, the team is super welcoming, they make us feel at home. Tuki ( my dog) is always filled with surprises and details, as well as us. The food was amazing, Silvia, Meriana, and all the team was flawless. Also the dock guys where super kind and helpful with us and the boat. Thanks again MO como, see you soon

Best hotel I’ve stayed in so far, and the view of the lake from our suite was absolutely stunning!!

A spectacular property and great experience that we enjoyed for our honeymoon. We enjoyed all of our meals, being by the beautiful pool, the spa and taking boat trips on the lake.

Food was extremely disappointing. The staff was terrible, unprofessional, and did not communicate with one another. Mandarin is supposed to be a world class resort and service. I wish I could dispute these charges but I don’t know how… it was horrendous. Spending 3500-4000$ A NIGHT for terrible food and service is very sad. I even went to the pool one day and they were full and I had to sit and wait for a chair 1 hour. I am a big client of yours on Expedia but this was a terrible experience.

This hotel is just perfection, the staff is excellent, all the details are flawless! I just want to congratulate everyone for this amazing experience, I’ve been going several times to the hotel and everything is super curated and makes you feel like luxury at its maximum. All the staff makes you and you family feel at home, kudos to Miriana and Silvia and all their restaurant staff, all of whom are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also if you gave a dog they make sure he feels super welcome.Will certainly come back!

Beautiful property. Transportation with the concierge was very difficult. Dining options by the concierge outside the hotel were very mediocre (inside the hotel dining was nice).

This hotel is the epitome of elegance, good service, and hospitality amongst all the MO hotels we have stayed. As a fan of MO, the amenities received would pamper every sense. The breakfasts were exceptionally good and sumptuous. The bistrot food was good but portions were tiny. Overall, the hotel and grounds in front of the lake are enough to warrant a memorable stay.

WOW! The staff and the resort amazing… we were treated like true royalty. Asked with hopes that we could get a room with a lake view and in turn got a suite with a lake view. This is hotel service at it’s finest. Mandarin is our new hotel brand of choice. Mille Grazie

unwelcoming stuff, not clean room, not working lamps, no salt in bathroom but there was bowl for it, no valet parking, need to go by yourself to dirty parking and all of that for 1900€ per night.

Our experience overall was great. The service was excellent, something you should expect at a luxury hotel at this price point. We stayed (2) nights at the hotel and enjoyed celebrating our engagement here. Spa: We used the thermal room spa 2/2 days due to some cloudy weather. The spa staff greeted us and gave us rooms to change into while we waited for our room to be ready. The spa staff was friendly and very accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Spa staff! Dining: There are (2) main restaurants on site. We ate at both and thought the food was great, just a little on the pricy side in comparison to normal 'Italy' prices. The Japanese inspired food was good, but being from California it wasn't much different than what we see here. We had breakfast in the mornings which were also complimentary with our stay. Transportation/Boat rentals This is where I'd say the hotel lacked in service. The hotel itself has a shuttle that brings you into the town of Como each night for dinner. There was only (1) shuttle and 6-people per car. The first night they messed up on our reservation but the bar manager gave us a complimentary drink for waiting another 40-min.They have a tesla on site but charge for this? Odd. Boat rentals were expensive at 600 EUR for 2-hours and not guaranteed the wooden boats. We rented a self-drive boat instead for 60 EUR an hour since they couldn't promise a wood boat. Wow! That is all we can say. The property is stunning and it is an amazing location right on the lake. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They made it a point to know every guests name.

a 3 star hotel with mismatched and second hand furniture in the rooms but 5 star prices. a prison with nice view with no where to walk to no taxis around so are forced to use hotel shuttles by car or boat at unreasonable prices. Very disappointed .

We just came back from a 4 day break in the Mandarin celebrating me and my wife’s 20th anniversary it was truly amazing, the concierge arranged flowers for the room and decorated the beds with petals in the number 20 which we will never forget. Lovely little touches and your feel unique and special with staff welcoming in each area by name(stay a few days have them time for this not sure if this would be if just staying for one night) Spa is lovey (peppermint shower loved it)and the floating pool was nice although felt a little sea sick later. We will come back and celebrate maybe our 21/22/23 as well.

The grounds were pristine and the setting was one of the best we have ever visited. It was quiet and relaxing. Our room was fantastic and the view was superior. The spa facilities were great with my favorite being the alternating shower stations of hot and cold water - refreshing. The massage was one of the best I have had, and the staff was extremely accommodating. We will return!

Views over the lake from the nice restaurant is worth the stay. Combine the stay with a chartered boat taking you around the lake, all arranged by the concierge.

Property is excellent! Must try the pizza. Only comment is the pool hours are too short and should be longer.
