After unclear directions of finding this hotel, we discovered that this property is currently under construction, was not told this before booking. My family, which included 3 children, an infant, and I got stuck in the elevator. It was a horrific and traumatizing experience for not only myself, but now the children as well! It made a loud noise and fell from the third floor, to the first. We attempted to call the front desk from a cell phone, no answer. We also clicked the emergency button on the elevator with no answer. This resulted in us having to call 911 and the fire department was on their way. After almost 10 minutes, the elevator decided to randomly open. The worker from the front desk didn’t care. He simply advised us that he “was doing rounds” at the time of the incident and “it was working when he used it earlier.” This is extremely unprofessional and dangerous!!! This is not ok!!!

Had construction going on inside the hotel. We were not notified of this before. Was given a voucher to eat breakfast at another hotel next door. Would not have booked at this hotel had we were told beforehand.

The hotel is overall excellent, but the keycards were not working. However, the staff was nice and accommodating with unlocking room door every time. It was just an inconvenience during stay.

Very clean, helpful staff! Road construction to the hotel was a MESS, no fault of the hotel. Pillows were AWFUL. Several family members also stayed with the same complaint. Went and bought pillows for second night stay.

Hard furniture and beds. Check out another place.

There was construction on Feeder road.

Fairly old and run down, but accommodating and nice staff. Breakfast is NOT a "Homewood caliber", what you'd expect at a Home2 or something. Construction in the area makes for a VERY dirty car.

It was a very neat hotel with very nice staff. The room was impressive! We wished we would’ve booked more nights!

CONSTRUCTION

There was road construction in front of the hotel, be careful and do not miss your turn in. We had to circle back around in the rain and at night. It was a little hard to find. Loved our stay.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was very clean (lobby and room). Enjoyed the breakfast. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. As soon as I walked into the hallway, I could smell how clean it was. Although my room was in the first floor, it was extremely quiet. My room included two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. It also had a stove and full size refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. It has been the best hotel stay ever!

The suite was clean and well organized. Everything was wonderful. There was even an extra blanket to use. Wonderful.

Hotel was basic. Decent enough for a one night stay, but the breakfast was inedible. We arrived about 20 min before it ended and there was little to choose from. I didn't eat anything, my son got an "omelette" (factory-made) and bread with jelly, my husband got bacon that looked like the bacon dog treats and made a waffle. After making the waffle found out there was no syrup - was told they were out. My son took one bite of each and threw it away. Room had a bit of a body odor smell upon walking in. There is about a 1" gap under the door, so if anyone in the hallway makes noise you will hear.

There wasn’t enough parking so to the contractors or construction workers vehicles double parked everywhere thru out the premises and it was raining and couldn’t access a door to enter do to a low battery malfunction on the card reader right where we parked so had to walk around getting soaked in rain to enter thru main entrance

The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. Sheets, bed, pillows all wonderful and everything very clean. The heat was not working but we were so tired we didn’t call the desk about it and just notified them when we left, I am sure we could have had another room if it got too cold.

Nice property

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Very quiet property despite the road construction out front. The hot breakfast was a disappointment. I’m not sure what they are using for “eggs,” but they were very unpleasant. It would be nice to have some cold water available, even in a pitcher.

Road construction. A lot of noise banging around the hallway. Loud people in hallways. Some kind of alarm went off twice during the night.

Toilet barely worked

We were very pleased with everything about this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and especially loved that the temperature gauge worked! Jera at the front desk was very kind and hospitable. Breakfast was good. We travel quite a bit and often stay at all-suite hotels and this was one of the best.

Staff was super-supportive! Recently renovated room was mostly great (tub needs a re-glaze badly, and toilet seat is tattered). Food was fairly good and hot (breakfast) with decent choices. Great value overall, clean, and worth it. Thank you for a nice stay.

I paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 full beds. Who in this day and age has full beds anymore. They were definitely too small. Beds had one pillow instead of two. Receptionist said they had no spare pillows. No inventory. 😳 How is that possible!? They ended up retrieving spare pillows from empty rooms. Outside furniture cushions are a disaster. For the price paid I’d expect better. Other than that room was very nice.

Easy to find and the Manager's reception was great! Wine, beer AND food, not just snacks

Everything was awesome, especially Jera. The toilet in our room did not flush and she was very kind about moving us to another room.
