Such a cute and quiet place to stay. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Will definitely be back :)

Location was great. Beautiful resort. AC was on point. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. Heard our neighbors fighting the whole weekend.

We could not have been happier with our stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, vibrant and fun! Samantha and the rest of the staff did a tremendous job taking care of us. The rooms were much more spacious than I anticipated and it was close to everything we were doing on our trip. We cannot wait to come back!

I’ve stayed here before and it’s a perfect location and clean. They do charge for parking which is ridiculously to much if you ask me but I like this place

*bed bugs* I will say the property is in a great area, walking distance to most things. The breakfast is a nice touch and had a good selection and pool/hottub area is nice. UNFORTUNATELY, we discovered bed bugs in our room. We were moved to another room begrudgingly after having been questioned multiple times about the “bugs” .. ( we had clear pictures and videos of them crawling on the mattress). The new room was in not good shape aesthetically and had stained bed sheets, dirty bathroom, and a broken mini fridge that stunk. After asking nicely the front desk attendant moved a new one in but left the broken one to stink up our room overnight. After inquiring about a manager contact due to our 2 hour delay of packing up our whole room to move and sanitizing everything, I was then given the wrong email address. I eventually got the correct one from another employee which received no response, still to this day a month later. Obviously very poorly managed by some large company who doesn’t give a crap about the guest stay or experience. LOTS of other places in the area so I’d book elsewhere going forward.

Beautiful and rooms very nice. Front desk staff was rude. The cleaning staff was very helpful and nice.

This was our second time staying here. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The staff was friendly and the onsite parking was convenient. Just steps away from Duval street and all of the bars and restaurants.

The service was great and the property was very cozy! They even had a place where you can plug in an electric car (normal level 1 outlet and you need your charger). The only complaint is that they don’t enforce the pool hours and it’s noisy for the suites that are nearby. The person sleeping on the sofa bed was up all night due to noise around the pool area until 5am. But other than that, I’d recommend!

Beautiful property lots of trees. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was included with good choices. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice adult only property just a short walk to the middle of Duval street. turn right for bars, restaurants and shopping. Turn right to walk to lighthouse and sothernmost point. Clean, quaint rooms and no noise from action on Duval when time to rest. Friendly, helpful staff.

Small and cute place to spend a night great location .

I found this place looking for another hotel and it caught my eye. This property has parking for $30 a night .Rooms sizes vary . One night I had a room with separate living area and my own patio which was great . Second and third night very small room with a bed and refrigerator right next to bathroom . Traveling as a couple not too romantic . Also some rooms you are sharing the patio . No privacy or intimacy . Continental breakfast is just that, muffins , waffle , fruit , cereal and yougurt. There is also. a resort fee which I don’t understand why . There are absolutely no amenities . No gym , no onsite laundry .You have ask housekeeping to take trash and bring towels . No assistance is offered . Pool is also small . Front desk closes after 10 so if you need something after that time you are on your own . The only great thing about this place is location . There are better places with more to offer . Wouldn’t mind coming back but definitely not a first option .

This is a hidden gem! It's only 2 blocks away from Duvall street and easily walkable from all the fun! We appreciate that it's adults only. We met so many people in the pool! The staff are attentive and courteous! They let us store our luggage in the lobby our last day there since our flight wasnt until the evening. Loved the daily happy hour! The room was large and very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place with best location. Beautiful room, superb breakfast, highly recommend.

Great property.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the room/property had everything we needed. There was a daily resort fee and a daily parking fee so it was an additional $70-$80 a day which is steep.

It’s a great spot to stay. Very large rooms compared to most places in Key West. Would definitely stay there again.

Room small and expensive

The property itself is nice. You walk out of the room and have a nice nature scene all around you, you feel like you’re in paradise. But you get into the room; only one towel set to be shared betweeen both guests, Theres no staff to be found around. When you can find them they move so slow because they think your issues are not that important. The room was brutally muggy, asked to have it looked it , nothing was done . When I go to check out, I’m constantly being checked on by guest services while I’m packing my bags meanwhile it took them 30 minutes to let me know about my late check out. So yourself a favor and don’t waste money here

This property has two pros the size of its rooms and the proximity to Duval. However, the water pressure and bathroom was outdated. They charge you an amenity fee which is fine but the only amenities it includes is a pool and breakfast, something most hotels include in their price. For the price we paid with the additional fees we would have picked another hotel with true amenities.

Recommend to us by friends who stayed several years ago. Has changed hands. Place is dirty, staff are useless. Receptionist in the day spent most of her time asleep with her head on the desk or looking at her phone. Room dirty and not cleaned for the first two days, AC failed on the last night, but they didn’t care. AVOID.

BEAUTIFUL ROOM

The pool is was quiet and beautiful. Very relaxing. Our room was clean but the toilet kept not filling up with water. Also one staff member acted very annoyed by any request we had.

This was the perfect place, walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants, clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff!

Its an old property but well kept. Depending on how other guests behave may effect the quiet. The housekeeping staff leaves a lot to be desired. Overall thouugh its in a good location, walk to most attractions

We had a wonderful stay.

The location to walk to whatever we chose to do was excellent. Pool are was exceptional. The only downside was towels were not taken and replaced daily . It’s very hot taking multiple showers lead to more towel needs . We asked and received towels as needed
