This is our stay at property for our yearly Cartagena Vacation. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel has direct access to the beach and the property is a short taxi drive to ciudad amurallada and Getsemani. If you want to relax at the beach or the excitement of the city. This is a perfect location

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Truly looked out for their guests. The AC unfortunately was out of commission throughout the building but we were quickly and efficiently moved to the Radisson three doors down without fuss.

The hotel staff are fabulous. When you try to access the beach you get swarmed by all the beach vultures.(people who scam tourist).

The staff and the rooms and Holiday Inn Morros was amazing. Floor to ceiling windows, large suite, ans extremely friendly staff made the stay for my bday amazing!!

Location of hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, but some furniture need to be replaced/updated. Very safe and taxis always available. Didn't like the annoying vendors on beach and that hotel doesn't provide free seating and cabanas on beach. Room keys also deactivate constantly.

The building has strong moldy smell, the bed feel wet, the pillows has the sent moldy smell after 30 minutes I have headache. exposure to mold cause upper respiratory infections.

It could’ve been cleaner. The tub had a slow drain. The check in was not clear, the staff could’ve been less rude. They were guarding the breakfast like gestapo. But the bed was large, the property was pretty and the view was great.

Need better dining options on the menu and more staff in the restaurant.

Backyard to hotel is the beach, but far from town need transport to go anywhere, transportation is readily available of course at your cost. Beautiful, clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Very pleased. E. Montanez

Everything was pretty good what you would expect out of a holidayinn

pleasant hotel conveniently located. but paper cups and plastic glasses in rooms are neither pleasant to use or eco friendly

The hotel was going under remodeling & we weren’t told that the room next to us workers were very loud drilling & hammering. They moved us to another room that the AC was throwing stinky humid air that wasn’t good for our health. We got moved again to a room that the door to bathroom & shower didn’t close properly. We were just to tired & fed up & just stayed in that room. All the rooms need remodeling asap.

The area to the beach should be maintained by the hotel and there was too much garbage. Staff at breakfast didn’t make the omelette I ordered. Shift change. Then put me at the back of the orders!

They changed the room that I reserved for other with different view, they told me that they go to change me the next day and and that never happened.

I'd like to thank Luis from the front desk for his kindness, service and help with tours, he was very knowledgeable. Also, I'd like to thank Yadira for her service at the restaurant, she was really nice, friendly and her service was definitely class A, she always helped us with the menu and whenever we asked for something she was there to help us. And last but no least Mariana, she always was there with a smile whenever we walked into the restaurant, asking for our room number and helping us with our seats. Oh I cannot forget to thank the lady who cooked our omelettes and the restaurant manager for helping us always to find a better spot to seat. As always Holiday Inn will ALWAYS be the BEST option to stay in. WE'LL BE BACK SOON!!!
