The rooms having a stronger sound isolation was eeally good, thats why i booked the hotel to begin with, it has good connections to nearby train stations and a lot of nice areas are not too far, the staff is extremely kind and helpful only the room was a bit dirty, stain on a pillow, hairs in the shower and on one of the towels, sink clogged, for 131€ i expect those things to be in check, the room was alright otherwise

The service at the Scandic Emporio was exceptional and every person we met was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was perfect for exploring the city centre. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend the hotel to others staying in the area.

We arrived late at the hotel (due to trains being very delayed) which meant we were tired and wouldn't have time to visit Hamburg. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was a modern, comfortable room which we were very happy with.

Is a very nice hotel. Had a very quiet room which was clean. Only negative experience was that they don’t have a restaurant in the hotel for dinner.

our room had a floor to ceiling window plus a smaller one that you could open to get fresh air . it was a good size , did not feel crowded . elevators were prompt and fast . close to subway station. 15 minute walk to city hall . would stay here again.

The room was really lovely, the bed was amazing and the over all impression was great. We enjoyed a lovely spring evening cocktail on the patio. Definitely recommend! The breakfast as stated on the website was indeed “fabulous”; Scrumptious! Organic and huge. The vegan selection was outstanding with bread rolls, different spreads, cheeses, yoghurt, chia pudding, pancakes, croissants as well as grilled vegetables, baked beans, oat milk lattes etc. DELICIOUS! The pressure in the shower was a bit dull, probably due to the environmentally friendly focus, however it meant for quite a long shower in order to wash hair thoroughly … The elevator to the parking garage was out of order - the parking system as well (beware parking is not included in the price. You pay at the front desk). Last but not least like we mentioned at the reception desk, on our floor there was an awful lot of noise at night. Some party goers had definitely taken the party back to the hotel which kept us up way past 1am from them knocking on doors, running drunk in the hall ways and loudly discussing in their rooms.

The hotel is in need of renovation, although clean and ok. The gym is in a small stinky room, the pool is a joke, and breakfast minimal. Basically it is massively overpriced for what it offers

A friend said the Scandic Breakfast was next level and it was pretty good not amazing and definitely not worth the price. (we got a better breakfast inclusive at a different hotel in Hamburg). Anyhow the hotel was super convenient and we needed something easy which it was. The after hours shop was very disappointing given there is nothing in there area open after hours. No gluten free snacks after hours which is annoying as the breakfast bar had them. The room was good BUT needs something on the floors for all the dust / sand. maybe floor mats? tbh we didn’t have the room made up while we were there so maybe that’s the issue. it is nice and central and close to good techno clubs at Gängeviertel.

Nice and modern hotel. Located really central - short walking distance to centrum of Hamburg and to St. Pauli/ Reeperbahn. Clearing on request. Big breakfast buffet with a wide variety. Family room a bit small, but it’s possible to stay 4 people. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Not my last visit at this hotel.

The room was superb but the exceptional benefit was the use of the Living Room for breakfast and and relaxation with hot and cold drinks during the day and evening.

Nice Hotel, with great and friendly staff. Close to U-Bahn station and buss stops easy connected with main train station. I recommend.
