very clean room, staff are all friendly, we didnt know that the area has alot of casino.. this hotel is just couple minutes walk from main street. Lots of shops and restaurants.

The sports bar area was really nice. The hot tub was great. Restaurant on site was a great convenience. Wish there would have been a late night room service option.

The room and staff were terrific. The entry to the hotel is through a casino which requires an elevator to gain access to the hotel. Once you traveled through all of that you then take another elevator to your room. Parking was in a garage which was okay but depending on where you parked it added to all of the walking just to get to your room. Beautiful hotel but very exhausting if your staying for more then a day or 2.

Everything was great. Location was conveniently located, you could walk to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and spacious.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 2:55 (check in is at 3). Not kid friendly, we have been approached almost every time we walk through the casino that kids aren’t allowed there. The frustrating part is you have to walk through the casino to get to the restaurant or front door.

Unfortunately we were put in the last room on the end of the hallway. I have hip surgery coming up so it wasnt real easy. We also were in a room without a balcony, which we wanted.

Only issue was locating the hotel through the Casino. I saw later they had a door man directing people, he just must have been helping other people when arrived. But property was nice, very clean and beds were supper comfortable.

An amazing hotel in an amazingly beautiful setting in deadwood south dakota. The hotel is nestled in the mountains with gorgeous views from your room and every place in the hotel. Also set within in a block or two from the restaurants and shopping that everyone loves.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in. The dog area was so great to have available to us. The lobby areas and elevator were very warm.

Very nice stay. We enjoyed the free parking and cleanliness. Coffee was not available in the lobby and limited in the room, so that could be improved. Staff were friendly when approached, but they did not initiate conversation or greet guests.

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Deadwood, SD. Has a parking garage on site for hotel guests that fits our F350. Breakfast at the in house restaurant was wonderful and reasonably priced. The room was clean and very comfortable. Very happy with our stay!
