It was a perfectly fine hotel room. We only live 20km away but stayed here after a Xmas party. Room was clean and modern, staff friendly. Nothing bad, nothing special, just a good hotel.

You need to check the toilet it tips to the front. It goes up and down the seal is going to leak!!!!

We booked a total of nine rooms for 14 guests. 4 single rooms and 5 double occupancy rooms. we paid for breakfasts to be included. price was for breakfast for 2. So 2 single rooms paid for 2 breakfasts to cover all guests. Hotel only gave single voucher for the guests (even tho price paid stated for 2) 2 double rooms never received breakfast vouchers which resulted in mass confusion at breakfast time. As a business trip covered by myself the Employee this was beyond annoying! Also ended up paying for 2 breakfasts as front desk staff refused to rectify the issue. An example of front desk staff being less than competent and far less than helpful.

Hotel staff was great and informative, bed was comfy, rooms were nice and pool was empty when we went. Only issue was the curtains never closed in our room so the bright lights were in our room all night. Other than that it was a great stay!

Chose based on proximity to meetings.
1. Super secure with key card required for access of room floors and parking
2. I was travelling with a pet. Room location was perfect with just enough white noise in hall that we heard nothing

We came into town for a wedding. Love the king suite and huge tub for us and love the family suite for the kids. My husband enjoyed the use of the guitars and the ease of car access to the parkade.

The air conditioning in the restaurant/lounge was broken again. I understand this is an ongoing issue. I feel for the staff and as a guest it was extremely uncomfortable. Ruined the evening experience for us.
All staff I would give 5 stars, amazing service all around.

Although the hotel was clean, I didn't like the fact there were hidden fees such as parking and having to pay for my child's breakfast. Every Holiday Inn I've stayed at includes the breakfast.

Weird concept there. What are they trying to portray? Is it a rockstar/concert theme?? Area around the hotel is suspect at best, especially at night.
Broken coffee makers, no cups, charge for in lobby coffee etc. etc. Sheraton is older but is where I will stay next time.

Very clean,nice place.Really liked the secure parking,building as a whole had very good security.Was disappointed room had stand up shower as website said it was a deep soaker tub.Bed was not the most comfy,pillows were too soft.That’s why the 3 star rating.

Hotel was average overall. Interior felt good with homely vibe. Cleaning was missed on one instance. Not the most welcoming restaurant staff, got a vibe of discrimination in service based on profile. Area around facility wasnt clean, a little too noisy and did not feel safe to walk outside.
