The hotel was amazing. Historical highlights were unexpected delights. The staff was fantastic and helpful. Room was comfy and large. Selection of pillows was a nice touch. Great location - easy to explore old town area. Tons of great restaurants and bars right outside the door. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location

The rooms are vastly different quality even at the same price point, so make sure to confirm which room you're in (not all of them match the pictures online). Would have expected a hotel at this price point to have better amenities. There's no conditioner in the rooms and they only have one corkscrew for the entire property (so you have to call the bar any time you want to use it). There's no coffee or tea in the room either so you always have to call the front desk to get it. Some of the rooms do have stairs, so if you are not physically up to that make sure you confirm your room with the front desk. The pool only fits one person at a time, so you do have to wait your turn if you'd like to use it. Overall my stay was very nice, just wish I had gone in with the right expectations and knew what questions to ask beforehand to ensure my stay was pleasant.

What a find..fantastic central hotel steeped in history much like the surrounding areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive - more akin to the type of service you receive in upmarket Asian hotels. Kudos to all. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when I return

I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel. My Daughter and I visited recently and we were really impressed with the warm welcome we received and the friendliness of all the Staff. The Room was kept spotless and and we were given beautiful Sweets every day in a Glass Jar. We ate Dinner once in the Restaurant and the standard of food was fantastic. It is a very Historic Hotel and the Restaurant particularly so. It is very conveniently located near some of the major attractions, such as the Cathedral and Town Hall. We mainly walked everywhere, but also used the Bus a few times. Particular mention to Pablo, who went above and beyond what we expected in terms of helpfulness but all the Staff were amazing. Ihope to go back one day !

Absolutely outstanding hotel. Service was exemplary especially from Alejandro and the young Dutch intern. Faultless. Rooms are immaculately clean, very sleek and modern with a smorgasbord of premium toiletries. Beds and linen very comfortable. Valet parking was perfect. Location perfect. Highly recommend- I'm almost annoyed we didn't eat at the restaurant or have breakfast!

Gorgeous property in a very quiet neighborhood that is only 2 blocks away from stores, restaurants, and a further 2 blocks to the cathedral. The other direction is the lovely park that surrounds much of Valencia. The staff went above and beyond for us as my husband left his passport in the room safe when we checked out. They called us as we were out sight seeing to let us know they had it at the front desk. When we returned to pick up our luggage and leave for our next destination, there it was. They saved our vacation! The breakfast was wonderful too, didn't eat dinner here but if I am ever back, I will try the restaurant one evening too.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium

Incredible service. Staff went and retrieved our car from a parking garage and reparked it at the hotel. On our day of departure staff loaded up the car with our bags and had it parked and waiting for us out in front of the hotel at the time we told them we needed to leave. They mailed our passports to us when we realized we had left them behind in our hotel room safe. Their dining recommendations were incredible and the hotel itself is so neat with all the history relics scattered throughout the property.

From the moment we entered this hotel, we were always warmly greeted and felt at home. We had a great room on the top floor with beams and slanted roofline. The room had all comforts and amenities- including daily refilled glass water bottles. The location couldn’t be beat, we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The service was impeccable - our luggage was missing upon arrival to Valencia and they called us when we were out sightseeing to let us know it was now safely at the hotel and in our room. My husband was ill one day and they helped me find a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday evening. We look forward to our return.

Amazing hotel in the historic centre of Valencia. The hotel is simply beautiful, very cosy and in a very quiet location. The service of the staff was impecable spending 1:1 time explaining on detail where to go in the city, allowing us an early check in without asking, taking the bags to the room whilst we were away, etc. The breakfast and the service there was also of the highest quality, with many options to choose from and all really delicious. Our room had a lovely balcony, the bed was very comfortable, with pillow bar to choose from and mini-bar included! I think this hotel really raises the bar really high. I cannot wait to go back.

Great location, available paring, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a touch small and there is no coffee maker; rather you call room service and it’s there in 3 minutes. Thsat’s great but i prefer my own coffee early. Other than that completely satisfied and recommend it.
