The staff at the hotel were wonderful, both at reception and the terrace bar. They should be congratulated on their performance throughout the week.
The following is meant as constructive criticism.
Breakfast choice and freshness needs to be improved.
There was no waste bin in the bedroom.
The wardrobe was inadequate as full length clothing could not be hung and it was only 20 cms deep.
However, none of that would stop us coming again.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is only one block away from the beautiful cathedral Seville. Numerous dining and night life options only a stones throw. The hotel staff offered us a free cocktail on the beautiful rooftop terrace which was considerate. Would recommend if staying in Seville!

We loved this property -it has wonderful view of Palacio Alcazar with rooftop bar that is especially magical at night. We also loved the courtyard that is it located on-it is central to everything that you would want to walk to but also an oasis. Very clean and nice furnished-great staff. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Reception staff were welcoming and always friendly, and the roof bar had wonderful views. Hotel is in a great location for the old part of city but the taxi can't drive to the hotel, so you will end up walking 3-5 mins from wherever they drop you off. However, it is placed for easy walking to lots of sights. Literally seconds away from both the palace and cathedral. Room was very clean and spacious. However, we had a room overlooking the front, so it was noisy late into the night with chatter from the neighbouring restaurant (though earplugs did block out the sound).

The hotel was ideal for my grown daughter and me. Our room (#3) had two floors, so she was able to have her own space. The hotel is less than a five minute walk to the Alcazar and the Cathedral, on a quiet square. The roof top bar was also a lovely place to have an afternoon drink.

I liked the fact that it was clean. What I did not like was the road access and taxis did not want to drop us off at the property. So, we had to roll the bags on a stone road.

Hotel is in walking distance to everything. Right next to cathedral and alczar. Place to eat all around area. Roof top bar nice. We didn’t use much other than coffee in morning because it was too hot during day. Staff very helpful! Helped us get flamenco tickets and have us advise on bus and train when we left Sevilla. Rooms are basic no frills but clean and comfortable!

Perfect location between the church and the Alcazar. Just a few steps to each. Comfortable rooms and a terrace with great views for breakfast, dinner, or drinks. There are also tapas bars and restaurants on the street behind the hotel, so be sure to check those out as well.

Ideal location! Friendly and courteous front desk staff. Do not, however, reserve a room that faces the front courtyard. From 06:00 when the city starts cleaning the streets to the city's dumping of trash into their dumptrucks. Then as morning progresses, the throngs of tourists passing through the plaza all day long until about 22:00. And don't forget the neighbor's constantly barking dog! Other than that, a nice place to stay!

The location was so close to the cathedral. The plaza outside was awesome with its orange grove, fountain and restaurants. It is a romantic setting. This was one of our favourite places and hotel to stay.
