The room was very nice however the conditioning must have been turned off as the room was very warm during the night. It was nice to have underground parking as it rained while we were there. The breakfast buffet was good however the evening meal was not and service was slow.

The hotel staff were accommodating when we asked for a topper to make the bed less hard and additional pillows. The room was exceptionally warm. The room was clean and furnished modernly. The downtown core is not easily accessible by foot from the hotel. We wanted to walk, but it was quite difficult. Dinner in the restaurant was good, however the chef seemed to strike fear into the server who would run (even when in the midst of taking an order) whenever the bell rang. She seemed terrorized and this made the dinner a bit less enjoyable. Breakfasts were standard for the type of hotel.

The hotels staff were very helpful in arranging transport and advising us on the surrounding places to visit.

Room was large and comfortable. Only issue was noise coming from the club/disco was loud. Reception told me I should have called down and they would have addressed the issue. Breakfast was adequate.

Simple nice hotel in Bassano. From outside the hotel doesn't look like much, but as soon as you step inside you realise it's newly renovated and kept well. The room was large with a very big comfy bed which was great. Bathroom was nice and clean with a great shower.
Only small note was the room lacking any extra pillows/blankets which I had to go ask for in reception.

The hotel itself is very nice. I'm not overly impressed with the restaurant though. It's clean and stylish. A lot of young beautiful people hang out there.The problem I had was the internet. I was staying there on business. Thus I needed to stay in touch with my office in the States. I use a VoIP app on my phone to make calls via Wi Fi. The hotel's internet went out on 23 Jan. I checked out on 30 Jan and it still wasn.t up. VoIP was also the way a spoke with my family. My wife and mother were not happy. Furthermore, I use internet to pay bills and manage other personal business functions. They really put me in a jam. I don't think I'll use them again.

Hotel very modern and not for the traditionalist. Reception staff very helpful. Restaurant played loud pop music with a strong theme of the Mafia all over the walls, not to everybodys taste, this spoilt what could be an excellent hotel. Breakfast good, evening meal not so good. Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Easy access to the city centre of Bassano del Grappa.

Nice, clean and modern looking room. Very practical front desk personnel. Nice breakfast. Was hard to locate the hotel as the GPS does not take you to the hotel when you put in the official address of the hotel.
