Everything Perfect. Like every time we stayed there!!

My family and I enjoyed the decor of the Base Hotel. The staff went above and beyond when we needed a cab back on Sunday evening and the cab company was not responding. They were also responsive to our needs prior to and during our stay. The hotel can improve on informing you from the start that the items in the mini fridge are not included in the price. My family and I also had minor skin rashes from the bedding which resolved on their own after our stay there. The room was smaller than advertised and the breakfast included had a decent selection of food items. I accidentally left my travel buddy behind and I reached out to the hotel to reclaim it, but the hotel has not responded. The hotel is close to an array of outlets and the shopping experience was fun.

I was satisfied with this hotel. It's very clean, free parking, great stuff, excellent breakfast! The only problem (a little problem actually) was the window which can't be opened, only a little, and air conditioning didn't work properly.

Very convenient for outlet shopping, accessible to highway on way to Venice and Prosecco valley. Bad service for breakfast because of covid-19 protocols.

Very good price vs. value ratio. Breakfast with broad offering. The staff was very helpfull and willing to help. If somebody would look for any room for improvement than better sound insulation between toilet and bedroom would help.

Loved the location and the staff was great with our dogs.

They could have at least complementary water in the room and the amenities are not good or not enough. Staff was super.

If you are booking this hotel just because of the Spa (like I did), maybe it would be better to look for the alternative options. Spa is charged extra and includes only sauna and turkish bath.

I booked this hotel using my Hotels.com Redeem card for a tour to Venice. I completely loved the hotel and their service. It was excellent and perfect. Breakfast was too good. I loved the locality even more. Youre recommended to have your car for transport to Venice, as public transport isnt frequent but the place is admirable

a lot of noise .bad smell from another rooms where some chines make some food ,i think. but overall good breakfast and nice staff.

Good sized room, really good power shower, very comfortable bed, only downside was the location of our room was near the lift, and a group of people decided to have a loud conversation outside our room, not hotels fault but slightly spoilt out stay.

It would have helped if we had a car to get around. We had to take a cab and a train to get back and forth to Venice. But the hotel was great and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also a great way to start the day.
