Walk to coles, lots of takeaway options and plenty of restaurants. Buses and train all walkable. Hollsong Church as well.

Thought that $25 for parking was pretty expensive considering the prize I paid for the room. The bed is hard as rock and pillow are flat once you lay your head on them. Wouldn’t stay here again as I would have another sleepless night if I did.

Great location for a Day on the Green concert.

The blanks were covered in make up and had yellow stains on them we had a child staying with us so sleeping on the pull out lounge was fine but no shears for the bed and when the cleans come in they didn’t do anything left dirt on the floor

It was a great place to stay, the family enjoyed it for the time we were there. Positioning of the pool and condition was a bit weird, as out the back and away from the hotel. Was perfect apart from that.

We had a very nice experience at Punthill. Staff were friendly and apartment was nice and clean.

We stay at Punthill Norwest often & find the staff very friendly & professional. The rooms we have been allocated have always been clean & fresh. The beds are very comfortable.

Great location. Good size apartment BUT shower flooded bathroom floor. Had to mop up floor myself so I didn't slip while at basin. Daily cleaning in main area not good. Food from previous occupant in kitchen area.

The room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, for a self contained appt, there was no sharp knife or chopping board to prepare meals. These were supplied once requested.

We have stayed at this property several times this time we were very happy that the room was nice & clean. The beds are always comfortable & mostly the rooms are lovely & quiet. At times there can be some building noise as they are doing renovations. Enjoyed this stay.

Good location for our trip. Hotel clean & tidy. Felt ripped off with daily parking when there was ample undercover parking provided for the building. If we stayed there again definitely wouldn’t pay an extra $75 for 3 nights parking.

Great location for wedding we attended, plenty of restaurants and shops around the area also a couple of hotels, good walking area. Room was clean and spacious

Walkable to Hillsong Church. Rooms and lobby are very modern and clean. Reception ladies were also very friendly and accomodating when we had to leave our luggages there for a couple of hours. Interesting thing happened on one of the days: we just woke up at 10am and were washing up when housekeeping knocked and wanted to come in to start cleaning. We told them to come in later. When we were getting ready to leave (at our doorway, housekeeping lady came in, and started work in a rush. Thought that it was strange that she was trying to get her job done while we were still in the room, but this was a minor thing. Out of 3 nights here, there were 2 days that we returned to the room in the evening and the dishes were left in the sink unwashed. We were genuinely unsure if we were the ones who were meant to wash them or were they part of housekeeper's duties. We would definitely wash them if there was a sponge and dishsoap. On the 3rd day, the dishes were washed when we returned to the room. :) Thank you for cleaning them! Having said that, the place is still great to stay in, and we'll be returning again when the Hillsong Conference comes around.
