I got charged for a glass that was on the edge of the table when I walked by . You have too many tables at breakfast making it difficult to walk through without accidents happening . The food was always cold , the pool chairs and cushions need replacing the older rooms need updating and the pool needs cleaning . I left on Dec 3 heard there as an accident with a man falling in pool due to not cleaning pool . There were 5 people in pool one day spitting yelling splashing I complained nothing was done .

Everything was pretty good in the hotel rooms are very new in one Tower and not new in the other Tower. Front desk staff are hot and cold definitely not over friendly but the property has a nice pool, great breakfast and very clean. Make sure you don't lose your key card, lose a towel or break a glass because they'll charge you for everything. Other than that I would stay here again

I would actually give this a 4.8, but, that doesn't exist. The only problem we had was the sewage smell we had to deal with going back and forth to the main building. Hopefully that is a temporary situation, but, it was very noticeable. The housekeeping was awesome. They were super helpful. The daily breakfast was great. I wanted bacon, but, oh well I survived without. The hotel is very close to the beach. And the area was full of places to shop and plenty of restaurants. Great stay

Everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. The staff were courteous and friendly. I really enjoyed the pool and gym facilities.

All around a great Hotel Experience, Room was really Comfortable and clean, Bedding was very Good, Breakfast and Hotel Kitchen put out Good Food, The 2 Things that were below par was the WiFi was Super slow to the point it was useless to try and use most the time, to use my laptop I used my phone for a Hot Spot, And then the water Temperature in the shower was impossible to dial in, it Constantly went from Way to hot to Cold,

Great hotel in a good location. Only small complaints I would have is Wi-Fi needs work. It works ok but requires frequent sign ons. Buffet breakfast is excellent but other food options limited. Staff is excellent and I would stay there as my first choice every time.

The hotel staff is excellent. Any requests or issues were swiftly handled. The breakfast included in my stay was most excellent. There were a fast array of thai foods and dishes, as well as fresh fruits and pastries in the breakfast buffet. Security was great and nighttime was most peaceful.

Charged for a broken glass - they need to provide plastic cups and plastic utensils for children. I thought is was crazy they would ruin a good experience by enforcing this crazy rule. Dropped my rating from a 8.6 down to a 5.6. Little things make a big difference.

Nice hotel at a good location, but some things can be improved, such as the housekeeping and the communication at the reception. The housekeeping was late and forgot some things, but I heard the housekeeping had a lack of employees. The hotel should also make the swimming pools less slippery.

Our five night stay was very good. The staff was diligent and polite. The room was good and the pool was good. The breakfast buffet (surcharge) was excellent. Overall I would without a doubt, stay again.

Family oriented hotel, room was big and spacious. Pool was beautiful and clean near to the Jomtien beach, next to Pattaya Immigration office. Good parking spaces.
The bed had to be one of the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel it was like sleeping on the floor and the pillows were terrible! The pillows were basically non-existent. I wanted to check into two additional rooms for family at 1335 hours and were told we had to wait until 1400 hours to check in. There is no security on the old tower and basically anyone can just come in and walk around at anytime of the night. At night it is on the louder side due to nearby bars blasting music. The restaurant was nice and affordable.

There is no information from the hotel regarding a new building is under creation very close to the hotel. There is a lot of dust and noise from this project, and there is dust and dirt around the pool aria.

The hotel is located only 300 meters or so from the Jomtien Beach. It is a very comfortable hotel with good standard. the service is good and the breakfast buffet is varied and rather delicious. All in all this is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Just a very nice hotel......the room what I actually booked had a problem....but automatic when I checked in...they upgrade my room too a family room with all options...and the staff was very friendly...
