The suite we stayed in was perfect for four. We had four key cards and around midnight of check in day two of the four cards stopped working. Front desk was amazing and reset them for us. Once we got back up to our floor, the other two cards stopped working and the new cards were the only ones that worked. Went to make coffee in the maker provided and found the grounds and filter from the pervious guests still in the filter basket of the machine. That was a bit gribbly. All in all, walkability is a 100/100 for me. So many restaurants nearby and both arenas are super closeby. I would stay again however, I do recommend that they do something about the key card situation as I witnessed an elderly couple having the same issues as we did when we were checking out.

I would not stay there again. It was old outdated and the bed was not comfortable at all. Otherwise it was okay

I was super impressed with my room which had the unexpected bonus of a balcony! Although small, it had everything you’d need in the kitchen and was very comfortable. As others have said, the fire station can be noisy but ear plugs help and it was otherwise a really comfortable stay. 100% recommend.

Excellent downtown location. Amazing view of the city from upper floors. Walking distance to sky train station and shopping malls.

We were in a condo. The condo is a 1 bedroom and plenty of room for 2 people. The kitchen included dishes, keurig, keurig coffee, tea, and sugar/sugar substitutes. The bed was comfortable and closet had plenty of hangars. Iron & ironing board, hair dryer are available. Bedroom has a door to outside patio, which was very nice. TVs in main living space and bedroom. TV channel guide is provided. Towels and hand towels were available. Small bars of soap are provided for hand washing and bathing. If you're staying for more than 4 days, you may want to purchase more soap or body wash. Shampoo & conditioner not included. Laundry room was located next door to the condo. In general laundry facilities are on each odd floor except for 19th floor. The washer and dryer were old and we were not really able to adjust water temperature. Only 1 washer/dryer in the facility next to our condo. Parking is available at the condominiums. We did not have a vehicle so I don't have info on pricing. Public transportation and Uber are available. 711 is on the corner and a nice IGA is also nearby for groceries. The staff are very helpful and we did not have any issues. Check in was very smooth. We arrived early from our cruise ship and they held our luggage until check in, which allowed us to get out and start exploring. Location is convenient and we felt safe walking around. We were very pleased with our accommodations & location.

Wonderful stay, very nice to have a separate bedroom and living area especially for early risers and late sleepers, much nicer than a standard hotel room.

Don't like hotel pillows, so I bring my own, and for the first time I didn't need it, finally pillows that I could use. Only thing I didn't like was underground parking was not secure.

Overall it was good. We stayed 2 nights. location is great, convenient parking (you have to pay for it), walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only thing is that office is only opened at certain hours so can’t always get answers to your questions. Also you need to bring your own toiletries, there is soap but nothing else.

We had the 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette at The Rosedale condominium, the hotel and apartment were very nice and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The property itself was great as was the staff. My issues with the reservation was the fact that I specifically chose a room with two beds that I always request on previous reservations, however what we got was a room with 1 queen size bed. We were not impressed with this.

Reliable hotel with extra room and facilities in downtown vancouver in yaletown. Repeat stays.

Comfortable stay but could have room services as we stayed 4 nights. I did my own scrubbing of the bath tub. Placing us just outside the lifts was a big NO as my daughter was disturbed early morning check outs by other customers. These rooms should not be used at all. Very inconsiderate of the hotel management.

The room was small but beautifully decorated. The bed, linens were comfortable. Perfect location for shopping. Check out the restaurants in Yale town which are only two blocks away. Received great recommendations from the concierge.

Enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Location makes it easy to visit many places by walking or using local transportation. Stayed on the 10th floor and could still hear sirens throughout the night. We would stay again

Loved this hotel. It was right in centre of Vancouver and handy for everything. Views from 15th floor were spectacular. Staff very friendly and helpful too.
