Have staye many times. Like the seperate bedroom and living area in the suites. Clean, comfortable, no frills and convenient location for hockey games.

Just stayed one night prior to a cruise. Property was walkable (about 20 minutes) to the terminal which saved us on a second round of taxi or transportation. There was only 2 elevators serving something like 17 floors though, so we often had to wait quite a while for one with enough room. We also had some phones die overnight in the room because there was a "master" light switch that also turned off the nightstand outlets incorporated into the lamps, which was annoying when one member turned it off after the rest of us had gone to sleep.

There is some smoky smell in the room. No one do any cleaning work in the room during the stay I do not know if it is the policy.

Very comfy and clean stay in a great location. Staff were polite and helpful. I would stay here again.

The suite we stayed in was perfect for four.
We had four key cards and around midnight of check in day two of the four cards stopped working. Front desk was amazing and reset them for us. Once we got back up to our floor, the other two cards stopped working and the new cards were the only ones that worked.
Went to make coffee in the maker provided and found the grounds and filter from the pervious guests still in the filter basket of the machine. That was a bit gribbly.
All in all, walkability is a 100/100 for me. So many restaurants nearby and both arenas are super closeby.
I would stay again however, I do recommend that they do something about the key card situation as I witnessed an elderly couple having the same issues as we did when we were checking out.

I would not stay there again. It was old outdated and the bed was not comfortable at all. Otherwise it was okay

I was super impressed with my room which had the unexpected bonus of a balcony! Although small, it had everything you’d need in the kitchen and was very comfortable. As others have said, the fire station can be noisy but ear plugs help and it was otherwise a really comfortable stay. 100% recommend.

Reliable hotel with extra room and facilities in downtown vancouver in yaletown. Repeat stays.

Comfortable stay but could have room services as we stayed 4 nights. I did my own scrubbing of the bath tub. Placing us just outside the lifts was a big NO as my daughter was disturbed early morning check outs by other customers. These rooms should not be used at all. Very inconsiderate of the hotel management.

Enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Location makes it easy to visit many places by walking or using local transportation. Stayed on the 10th floor and could still hear sirens throughout the night. We would stay again

The room was small but beautifully decorated. The bed, linens were comfortable. Perfect location for shopping. Check out the restaurants in Yale town which are only two blocks away. Received great recommendations from the concierge.

Great multiple bed condo! Perfect for our family before cruise departure.

It was a very cosy stay, and we had a great time. The room we stayed in had a dining area viewing downtown, with many amenities included.
We did however found some difficulty communicating with hotel services. The main phone number found online was a company number not for the hotel reception. We had to call Rosedale Robson to receive the help we needed.
Aside from that it was a great stay with amazing service.

We stayed here for three nights after leaving a cruise. The staff met us in the lobby and took care of our every need. We were several hours early for our check in, but they took our luggage and "pre-checked" us into our rooms. The concierge service was top rate. Once the luggage was squared away, we were helped to find activities for the day. The staff also helped with recommendations for eating and museums. It was truly a home away from home. I would recommend this property for its service.

Was not expecting to have to buy coffee for a kcup machine, had to buy 20 pods and used 2…..felt a bit backwards since I don't use kcups they were left there for the hotel to use. The air conditioning unit was super loud, had to turn it off for meetings and the weather was really hot. Other than those two points it was good.

Just in Van for the game and it was so close to the stadium made for the perfect spot. Clean suite and friendly staff with lots of good restaurants nearby for dinner and breaky.

wonderful suite on the 13th floor. Fire station across the street so we had been warned to avoid lower floors. Great restaurant adjoining with happy hour and breakfast. Any meal would have been good there. Great location and safe neighborhood. 5 minute walk to Yaletown (restaurants, bars, etc. and close to get lil water taxi over to public market.

Two bedroom suite was adequate for our family of 5 (2 couples and 1 single). Nice view of the Library and neighbourhood. Still one of my favorites when in Vancouver.
