The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are average at best. We had to ask for hand soap, and they just didn’t restock hand towels. The bed is hard as a rock. One of the nights, they played music the entire night, which isn’t usually a huge issue except that our window wouldn’t fully close either.

Great stay just one night in Indy. Parking garage was nice and had level 2 EV chargers at no extra cost which we did use without any issue. Hotel and room was clean and the hotel has a fresh modern feel to it with a lot of cool art in the lobby area. The lobby bar was nice and breakfast was delicious. Definitely would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a kitchen suite. The accommodations were clean, comfortable. The walkability to restaurants, basketball games and CVS were great. The only challenge was the noise below my room at 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 3:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Loud jarring noises that shook the bed. No idea what that could be. Worst night of sleep!

There were a number of amenities we had no idea we had access to until near checkout. Access to YMCA,bikes and 20 dollar food credit. Upon checkin they took my id and card and pointed to the direction I needed to go to find my room nothing else. Absolutely horrible person to have as a greeter.

This was our 3rd stay at your property. Since we had family coming, I booked into a Junior suite, only to find out that when my family arrived, you were oversold and the room choice was not available. We were put in a "residence" room. That room had not toiletries, and NO WORKING PHONE!!!. From a safety standpoint, how could that be? The towels did not smell fresh. The only thing the room had going for it was that the bed was clean and comfortable and so were the bed pillows. We certainly got what was the last room in the hotel and that was even with our family showing up at check in time. I will think hard before booking into this hotel again.

The location and parking was convenient -an easy walk within a block from the Fieldhouse and several restaurants and pubs with a variety of food options and evening entertainment. The room was adequate for our one night stay. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I requested a different room away from a wedding reception in the party room on the 6th floor.

The room and furniture was like a 2 star hotel. Lobby was great and very nice but rooms don’t match. Window was open and not able to close.

It's a decent enough hotel but it's a weird setup. The parking garage has you scan a code to get out and pay and is very confusing.

Close to Gainsbridge for a concert. Check in was easy. Matress could be replaced. The HVAC was loud. Proximity to downtown was perfect.

We wanted to rest and take a nap in the afternoon, but impossible due to the nonstop dogs barking in the room next door. Also, on and off throughout the night.

So close to the Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. CVS across from hotel should you need anything.

I booked a California king bed and got a regular king . The furniture in the hotel was old and the room smelled a little weird . I got the room at a fairly decent price so I didn’t complain to the front desk . For the rooms to regularly cost as much as they do I just expected more . You can’t even stream on the television. The water pressure sucked .

This is amazing, both inside and out. From the moment we pulled up until the day we left, we enjoyed. Customer service is extraordinary. Everyone was very attentive to our needs and very pleasant. Restaurant choices across the street, activities and events on site, exploration within walking distance. Very quiet at night, spacious rooms. Just a very great experience. We'll be back
