I have stayed at this property many times since it is close to Andino, Zona Rosa, and Zona T, I’m not crazy about the open glass bathrooms with no privacy. On several occasions I had to wait to take a shower because they drain was stuffed from previous stays. I have stayed in every room type but this time I was ripped off. I paid for the most spacious room, which was a paid upgrade. They put me in a regular what they call “superior” which was not the room type I paid for. Sadly after 20+ estancias here this was the last

Helpful, nice, welcoming staff. Truly the highlight of this hotel. Room in third floor, which they gave us before switching to an upper floor, was very noisy. Higher floor room was nice and quiet.

Walkable to many places to shop and dine. Always a car at your disposal to take you wherever you need. Very friendly staff except in breakfast restaurant. Room was A little noisy for my taste and there is no door in the bathroom which I personally don’t like

We didnt like the noise of the room next to us, because you can hear everthing that happens in the corridors and also when closing the doors. As for ammenities is ver poor , and there is not enough space to open a suitcase.
The receptionist at 3 am, when she received the claim about the noise laughing and talking loudly, she said that I should understand because there is a child in the room instead of apologizing and fixing the problem. I also heard that there is plenty of complaints because of the noise and you can hear everything that happens in the rooms next door.

Very nice hotel and very friendly stuff - 5 out of 5 here. Now about the bad. The main purpose of the hotel room for me is to have a quiet retreat and to have a good night sleep. Not at this place! This hotel has a restaurant downstairs that plays loud music till about midnight every day of the week. And by loud I mean LOUD. So unless you are planning to go to bed past midnight every day of your stay I would recommend to look elsewhere - there are other choices around.
