Other than freeway noise, it was perfect.

When we checked in the front desk person was not friendly. We had a son at the Mayo Clinic and needed a second night stay. The same person was at the front desk and just told us no rooms available. He did not even offer other locations. He was just down right rude.

Literally the only reason I didn’t give it five stars across the board is the freeway noise. Other than that, everything was great and the staff couldn’t be nicer.

The breakfast was very pleasant surprise. Was way better than I had expected.

This is a great option if you are seeing a show at the MIM. The property is in good condition, the staff seems good, plenty of dining options are nearby, parking is easy, and it is only a couple of minutes from the MIM. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

The hotel was very nice. My stayed in there was due to a soccer tournament, the hotel was very close the parks my son was playing at. The hotel staff wasn’t not very friendly. The front desk employee was very rude and not helpful at all. It was very upsetting to have to deal with rude attitude after spending a very hot day at the park. Most likely not spending my money again in this hotel.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Greeting me each time I walked through the lobby. The breakfast was delicious and there were great selections. The price was very reasonable.

My husband and I had to make an emergency trip to Arizona due to our granddaughters arrival we got to say that we are very impressed how the whole staff in the front desk housekeeping and breakfast make sure that we had everything we need and always greeted us with such a great smile we are beyond happy with our stay here and will definitely be coming back and staying with you folks for the holidays thank you so much Holiday Inn Express and suites in Phoenix Arizona the Rivera family highly appreciate you

I was very disappointed. I am a recently divorced mom of 2 and I booked this hotel on a very tight budget. I decided to give my boys a mini vacation by taking them out of town and making sure we get a hotel with a pool & breakfast included. Unfortunately there was a little storm that dirtied the pool and the front desk person said it was closed until the next day. So the following morning after breakfast I went to inform the front desk person that I had tried my room key at the pool gate and it wasn’t working. She said the pool should be ready/open so she went & tried it herself. It didn’t work for her either. When she got back to the front desk, a gentleman was using her computer so they started to argue. I waited a few minutes hoping they’d settle their differences and one of them could help me find out when the pool would be available again but they continued with their dilemma. This was awkward and uncomfortable for me so I gave up. I told my boys I’m sorry but it looks like we weren’t meant to have pool time this Labor Day weekend so we showered, got our things and checked out. This turned out to be a disappointing trip for me.

We were on a long trip. Spent 5 nights away from home in different cities. This was by far our favorite. All the hotels near our destination were booked and I am so glad because this was the perfect place for us.

Staying in Phoenix in August needs AC, and the unit here was great. The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. In addition, there was a giant cactus in the parking lot. Very cool!

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Quiet, safe and clean. We stay here when we go to Phoenix to go to Mayo Clinic. Close and easy.

Room was spotless. Even the sheets smelled fresh. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection even for the picky eater.

The music museum is close to this area and the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
