Very comfortable stay. The in-suite temperature control was appreciated during the cold summer days. The cleaning staff brought us an extra blanket when requested. The breakfast was excellent - great variety of choices and staff who were always refilling, replacing and wiping off surface areas. We'll definitely be back.

We encountered excellent staff that helped with anything we needed. The pool with a slide was fun for the kids. Breakfast was great!

It was a great property to stay at. The rooms are clean and spacious, free breakfast is included in the stay. There is an indoor pool and hot tub.

Staff are friendly. The breakfast was awesome. Facilities are new. Jasper was closed due to the wild fire. Had to stay in the hotel for two days which was not too bad.

Our family of five stayed in their family suite, it was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool / hot tub were clean and the water slide was a great highlight for the kids. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Nice place. The breakfast options were pretty good. The rooms are spacious and have many outlets. The bathroom is clean and well furnished. Parking is very easy (park on the second hotel level) and easily accessible. It has an elevator and is animal friendly. They also have a shallow pool but we didn't go. Overall a pretty good place to stay.

Very clean, we got everything we need

Property was all redone, everything was cleaned and new. The staff were amazing,especially Gloria at the front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 days From check in to check out! The staff was amazing Gloria and Jenny i think was amazing. Our room was amazing and huge, their suite was a combination of a 1 bedroom and an adjoining room with two beds. Downside was upon entering the room, there was a strong smell, too mich alices type of smell, it reeks through the curtains and other fabrics, pillows and stuff but since we had just been on a 13 hour drive we didnt bother moving or complain much we just wanted to rest. Alrhough jenny gave us an air freshener. Second day while in tye middle of cooking our dinner after a long tour and hike from jasper our stove stopped working, we called the frontdesk and they offered for us to cook in one of their kitchens downstairs. Eventhough its atill a huge inconvenience we had no choice. We shouldve been cmpensated for it. The pool was warm and thw hot tub, i wanted to go in but i saw a lady scrubbing her feet in there so i guess, nevermind. Breakfast was amazing it started at 5am which was convenient for us coz we had to leave early for another 13 hour deive going back and it was hot!! Thank you to those who kept it well maintained and stocked. I like and enjoyed our breakfast unlike in marriott there were servers who would keep an eye on you while watching as if preventing you from eating too much. Kanta was way better in terms of service. But anyway, everything was great super one of the reasons i would go back would be service, breakfast and cleanliness
