Receptionist was very rude, definitely doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

The beds were good. The food in the breakfast room was frozen not fresh and the attendant had an argument with a patron which made us very uncomfortable.

See above plus there was actual dirt on one of the beds and there was a hair in the coffee area. Also I didn’t find the bathroom Floor to be clean but the bathtub was good. Also there were no vending machines as advertised on the information and when I asked about it I was told the ice machine was a vending machine.

Staff and breakfast was first class.Located close to Jasper National Park.

We had a pet room that smelt of urine. Not a nice experience. Was promised by Manager a free night but he did not follow up as he promised. We have stayed over the years six times at this hotel & never had a problem. New manager talked the talk only.

Booking.com failed to pass special request. I booked pet free room which wasn’t allotted. 2 rooms for family were allotted 2 levels away. I requested for a room with kitchenette, again they mentioned they didn’t receive the request from booking.com Booking.com showed me the room with kitchenette but booked a pet friendly room. Which is very poor.
