Rooms windows are not double glazed and you can hear all the car noises from the motorway

Very bad service. As the microwave oven was broken, we asked for hot water available at the reception. On the first day they allowed us to take the hot water. On the second day they informed us that we had to pay for the water. To be precise, the water was free, but they informed that you had to bring your own glass. That means finding an open supermarket late at night. The hotel had disposable paper cups, but they refused to provide them. They said I should get my own cup in another place because if they were to provide the DISPOSABLE PAPER CUP I would have to pay. They didn't say the price and I didn't even ask. Except for the terrible service, the hotel is good, especially if compared to the old Premiere Classe, very common in France (2 floors, external stairs). The Thionville hotel has internal corridors, elevators (reception is on the 6th floor), shower area has a glass door and not those plastic curtains, and the bedroom is a little larger. I believe this hotel was built in 2013. There is covered parking included in the price. We requested, but they did not allow us to use a table in the eating area. They informed us that we could only use it during breakfast.

Simple the best

Great value. It is a budget hotel but all the basic amenities are there. We did not like the fact that we we had to pay a security deposit. We certainly would go there again

We found it disturbing having to pay an additional security deposit and an additional charge for some local taxes.I feel that all charges should be shown at the time of booking and at time of arrival. We found that the room lacked enough ventilation for a good night sleep. The property provides good value for travellers without much luggage.

You get what you pay for, cheap and cheerful. Stayed here for a stopover, rooms are clean but showers a bit grim and only gets luke warm. Staff were friendly. Only issue was the noise, there was allways a constant noise, if it wasnt the cars on the motorway it was the sound of a generator or what sounded like the bass of a speaker.

Bed was good to sleep well, but was Sink block, no tea coffee facilities in the room. No soap to wash hand.

Overall, a great and affordable option for staying in Thionville. The central train station was about a 30-minute walk away and no public transit was available to get there so be ready to walk. Good breakfast. My only complaint was that I could not open and close the window as I wished.

Rooms are clean.

We booked this hotel as a "base" to our 2 days in Luxembourg (before heading Bourgogne) and it seemed like a good cost vs benefit. The hotel is near to the road and its easy to park in their private parking. The access to the hotel is through 2 lifts, privileging the easy access than security. The reception is eficient and the staff is friendly. The room is small and its ok to 2 nights max. We were in 3 (couple and a 4yo) and we nanaged to order food from Uber Eats and eat and sleep OK in the room. The cleaning isnt the best. We asked to clean our room and even leaving it around 10:00h it wasn't cleaned. The bathroom is small and get all wet. The breakfast has a good price and its fair for the value. Overall a hitel to 1-2 nights due the price, but i wouldn't book it again.

Value king, got a room with a double bed and twin bed for around 45 dollars. Room could easily sleep three people and had ample room (atleast compared to Paris hotels). Building itself was also nicer and larger than I expected for the budget price. Would stay there again as Thionville could be a great hub for travel.

Good economy hotel and would happily use again. Adjoining Brasserie restaurant is excellent.

This is a budget hotel but is modern and well maintained. The room was clean and everything I needed for a single night while travelling.

Too noisy due to highway just next to it, double glass windows? Not so sure. Put sign on door not to be disturbed, they knock at thw door, they opened the door while in the toilet, what is thw purpose of thw sign if cleaning ladies do not respect it? And yes, it was the good sign, not the back where it says, please enter that I am not in... Issue with finding my booking even with email reservation number, apparently I have given a different name.... What is the purpose of the reservation number then? First morning, water pouring from upper room from the air conditioning.

Don't disturb sign. Left it 2 days as was sleeping during the day, twice I was woke up to have the room cleaned, what's the purpose of having the sign in the door? Wifi in the room: too weak, my mobile 4G was stronger than the wifi. Reception said no one else complained. That is not what several reviews show all over the Internet. Highway just close by: if you have the window faced to the highway you must be confortable in sleeping with a lot of noise. Additional night booked: confirmed when checking in and reception said I could stay the same room. Someone missed to inform the colleagues as I was told that needed to check out... Lights: in late summer afternoon after returning from work the lights were always on, environmental friendly anyone? Price: fair Cleaniness: all good

Easy for a stopover. Clean, comfy and perfect for family of four. Good parking and Thionville is a great place on a long journey to stay

The hotel is located close to the highway & rooms are noisy. Our room was dirty and smelly. Don't recommend it.
