The whole town of Jasper is like a trip to the past, so I won’t fault them for the outdated appearance. It is very obvious that the staff works incredibly hard. One employee was just incredible- made our bed when we wanted a sheet replaced, saw him carrying a wine bottle to someone, a few minutes later he was using a broom and dustpan (off the property) to clean up something in the -grass- just to make the appearance of the area better… he didn’t all, and with a smile on his face. Pool was adequate for the kids- indoor hot tub was lukewarm, but the outdoor hot tubs were exactly what you want from a hot tub. Walking distance to town with a scenic stroll. Parking is a bit of a free for all later in the evening. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. Anywhere else this would have been a four star experience, but the staff tipped the scale to five stars. Always responsive, always helping.

Jasper is just now returning to earth from hell. Over 40% of city destroyed by recent wildfires and the rest damaged. Air was clean and fresh inside facility, but outside a trace of smoky air is still evident. This staff and facility and community deserves grand gratitude for hard work and customer service. They're the best!!!

We celebrated our anniversary here and were given a lovely gift of wine and a couple of chocolates. Plus our room had wonderful Mountain Views. The staff were all lovely, and it was a fairly short walk to town. We deeply hope that this inn was spared by the fire.

Good Hotel

No air conditioning. Didn't think that would be a question I had to ask. Also the 2 bedroom had steps into the building. As four seniors with luggage this presented a problem

They were amazing! We had our pets with us as we were moving and they put out pet beds, bowls and treats for their 'stay'.

Great place to just get away and relax in a hot tub outside!
