We liked the kitchen facilities

The bed was a bit small

It was close to the centre of the city and the rooms was spacious.

Great for our stay. Very friendly staff.

the first stay was perfect, we love the loft room but for this one, the studio suite, was too soft, me and my boyfriend was sinking in the middle, and we didn’t sleep well. and the bed is near the door, so we can hear all the people going through the ice machine

we had a suit, with a kitchenette. We had a balcony with a nice view. there was a pool, hot tub and sauna. easy parking.

A few blocks from downtown. But I guess if it was closer to downtown, our view would not have been as nice.

Cozy clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Nice walk to the retail area. Beautiful.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable. It's so worn that it sunk in the middle, so it was not good for a couple to sleep together at all! The hide a bed springs were awful, and you could feel every spring. Our 6 year old complained every night even when using the extra blankets for additional padding(5 nights stay). The smell of grease when arriving in the room was atrocious, so we bought a candle to rid the smell. The fireplaces are a lovely touch to some of the rooms, providing people know how to read the instructions posted rather than setting off the smoke alarm in their rooms. The room across the hall filled our room with the smell of fire smoke all evening and night. Not one night we're we able to sleep through the night due to being so uncomfortable. Not to mention the guy next door smoking on the balcony when there is clearly a sign not to and you sign upon check in that you are aware of it. The sliding of his patio door at all hours of the night from going in and out was quite annoying. We will definitely be choosing a different hotel next year when we are back in Jasper.

Hot tub and pool area were nice.

Didn't like that the bed was located so close to the door that you could hear every person in the hallway. And the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that my husband and I could barely sleep.

Very good value for the money.

Would be nice if TVs in the rooms were smart or at least had boxes where you could connect to netflix or disney.

Pool and hot tub were great. Loved the two level suites with single beds.

Kitchen had bare basics so it made it interesting to cook. There was also a constant loud humming noise that we were told was the boiler. Bathroom was also really small.
