Plenty of e-mails about my visit but once I turned up couldn’t get to reception as it’s a locked door and no way to contact reception on 1st floor as phone number didn’t work and no instructions in English to ring the bell. Had to wait to be let in by someone else. Smell on the floor but the room itself was clean. Pillows were very soft and aircon in room would be ideal. Breakfast was expensive for what was provided. Very noisy in room

The apparthotel is fake advertising double beds. They do not have double beds available in the entire building. What they have are 2 single beds one next to each other with drapes for a double bed over the 2 mattresses. Apparently there is a zipper that has to bring them together, however the distance between the mattress is al least 3 cm (1.5 inches) imagine your back pain!!!! I asked the manager to home me something to put on top like that I won’t feel it his answer was right way. And he was gone and me I didn’t had anything even if I stayed there for 1 week. If you are looking for a single bed is ok but if you want a double bed look for a different hotel.

Bien vérifier que le ménage a été correctement fait (ou fait tout court d'ailleurs) avant de relouer la chambre. Il restait une bouteille de champagne dans le frigo ( dommage elle était ouverte, quasi vide et là depuis très longtemps)

Great amenities. The kitchen and implements provided were excellent for a cooked meal due to covid-19. Dishwasher was great as no washing up required. A kettle would have been great. Very close to train station and room were decent size. and very clean.

Great place just a quick walk to the old city. The apartment was comfortable and quite big for France!

We stayed as a group of cyclists 8 in the group cycling Le Havre to Dunkirk via the Somme ..

It was ok, they just forgot to put enough towels. We booked for 4 people, we found just 2 towels that meant we could not have all our shower the day we arrived.

It was nice and central - a short walk from the cathedral and quayside restaurants so a very nice location. The property itself was smart enough, the shape of the main bedroom was aesthetically pleasing and the view excellent.

The apartment was small and basic and it met my needs, though did not have air conditioning and parking was a challenge.

Friendly staff and adequate rooms with more facilities than we needed and a good shower. Good location and good view from city facing windows. WiFi Worked well. The room was uncomfortably hot overnight (no A/C)- but probably only an issue as there was a heatwave! Good breakfast- but why are the plates so tiny!!

When arrived had to telephone to get in, the lady although nice couldn’t speak English and couldn’t find my reservation after half hour of waiting outside late at night with two small children finally managed to get in and got the key card from drop safe as property is completely not staffed yet wasn’t told how to open the door once inside was hit by thee most vile smell of excrement and drains literally took our breath away and had leave door open to air out. Again had to ring and was told nothing she could do and would have speak to someone tomorrow I rang back saying I really can’t stay here and was eventually offered a room but didn’t have enough beds so had to stay in the original room as was now past 1am and if couldn’t be any worse there was not a double bed as booked to singles and a sofa meaning we couldn’t sleep how we would like to as one child is only three months old. Can not say how disgusted I am with this absaloute rip off complete scam

To get an apartment with good amounts of space for the price of a budget hotel in the same vicinity was a real plus, and to find that it was very new and therefore immaculate was better still. A little disappointing not to have been made aware of the fact that there were significant roadworks going on in the immediate vicinity and hence the inherent parking difficulties of this location (also not made clear) were exacerbated. That said, staff were very helpful with advice on times for free street parking, locus for large local pay car parks, etc, and if you were out between 0900 and 1900 it was generally possible to find a space on the street (free of charge) overnight. The biggest issue was finding somewhere to park for booking in and luggage transfer. The only other issue was that it seems a little incongruous for an apartment not to have a single chair in which to relax: there were a couple of kitchen chairs but no comfortable chair in the living/bedroom despite there being ample space. But for this it would merit 9/10 (not 10 because of the transport/access), however it fully merits 8/10 at the price. I'd definitely stay there again.

The room was grey and dreary with not even broke up with any pictures. The cutlery provided was mismatched and wasn’t even enough basics for the 3 of us. The bathroom floor tiles were dirty and covered in calcite. No housekeeping ie clean towels for 3 nights. Couldn’t have done anything about the works on the road and pavement outside but advance notice would have been a nice courtesy

we were advised we could reserve a parking space which we requested but when we arrived there was only parking on the main street which was choc a block with cars and no way of turning round. No parking was available at all!

Great location for any adventures to the western Front memorial location

Stayed for one night, following an earlier stay. This room was the smallest of all of the apartments, and had a couple of broken tiles in the kitchen. The bed was very hard and only one pillow per guest, with no available spares. The room also had very limited and slow WiFi. The location is perfect for a stay in Amiens with everything being in good walking distance. There is a kitchen in the room which allows for basic stovetop cooking, and with a supermarket just at the station, it was nice to eat a few meals ‘in’. Unless breakfast is automatically included I would not recommend the €8.50 breakfast.

Excellent friendly staff to this new hotel. Very central to bus and train station. Cathedral and old city very close by. Restaurants whilst not close are a gentle flat walk away.

Basic, central. Reception was very slow to check in - only one receptionist at a peak time. Had to ask for second set of towels as only one, despite 2 of us. But room was very clean and bathroom and kitchenette.

We stayed in this hotel for just one night (family, 2 kids). Reception and check in was very easy and good. We had an appartment for 4 people. (-) second double bed was very old (double sofa-bed) and when you move during the night, the bed makes very loud noises (-) bathroom: although it seems to be clean, it smells terrible when we came in (like a bathroom which haven't been just for a long time); shower was also very rusty (-) no air condition: it was very hot in the rooms, so you had to leave the windows open at night. But then it was really loud from the cars and people outside. (+) Location: very close to the cathedral and the restaurants (+) reception: very nice when we checked in; also some information where we can go for dinner

Well appointed centrally located property offering excellent value for money. Staff are welcoming and customers' requests are promptly met. I will certainly consider staying again during a future visit.

Easy to walk into Amiens or along the river bank. Reasonably cheap multi-storey parking nearby.

It's in a good place easy to access with parking across the road. But the rooms don't have aircon. I was there for 1 night so that pretty much covers it. Nice location, good staff. Not many comforts like AC.

This was my second stay at this apartment building, and I would definitely stay again. Each studio has twin beds or a double, a tv, fridge, microwave and twin ring hob. The bathroom is clean, and functional, plenty of hot water. It is immediately across the road from the river, and within 5 minutes walk of restaurants, bars and the tourist boat rides. The train station is about 7 minutes walk, along the same stretch of road. Whilst there is no car park at the hotel, there is street parking, which is free at the weekend, until 1.30pm on a Monday.

Hotel and rooms are good, simple breakfast, good quality.

The room was clean etc .and comfortable, but the environment was impersonal, and lacking some small touches which would have made a difference, e,g: Parking info and timetable/costs would have been appreciated as we worried about this Filters for the coffee machine and a kettle, and more than one pot to cook in

Not bad overall but room was dirty and sparce. Dishes, floors, bathroom in appartment were dirty. Not comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teen kids. Sbould be a lower star rating or lower cost.
