Very pleased with the hotel in general. Great included breakfast. 2 TVs and good supplies. Only complaint was the bed was not that comfy. Too hard. Otherwise very convenient and dog friendly.

Fantastic property for a short get-away in beautiful Paso Robles wine country. Highly recommended, friendly staff, clean facility, with real breakfast buffet and fresh cookies!

This hotel is pretty, nice atmosphere. However, our bathroom sink was having problems draining. I called the front desk to inform them but nothing was done. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 4.

A nice surprise to find lovely terrycloth bathrobes. The lobby is underwhelming but the room was very classy. Clean and eco-friendly, breakfast included, a very good value for the price.

Only 1 night stay during road trip. This property is older and needs a refresh but was very quiet and room was clean! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Staff was friendly! I’d probably stay here again

We’ve been staying at The Oaks when visiting Paso Robles for over 10 years. It’s under new ownership and it seems as though the overall maintenance and upkeep are behind what it once was. The front desk area is not inviting, it appears messy and stacked with things that should be stored elsewhere, including a big printer. The furniture in the room was warn and scraped up. It just needs a bit of an update. However, It’s still a comfortable place to stay and has a wonderful breakfast.

Overall it is a nice hotel. It needs a very deep cleaning. Fix the hot tub, so many people were disappointed that it was broken. The staff were fantastic. The people serving breakfast did a great job of keeping everything fresh and full. The location is a little hard to find and get on the city about cleaning up the surrounding area.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We attend concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre and this is a clean, convenient place to stay.

Our check in specialist was fantastic!!! He did a great job and was super friendly and efficient. Explained everything well and even offered suggestions for near attractions!! :) Jim was also super great!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay gentlemen!!!

Breakfast & service was good.. checking in was easy.. one of the lights were out in the bathroom but no big deal since we were there for only one night.. neighborhood pulling up by the casino was kinda sketchy but that’s it..

Weather was very hot so air conditioning had to run a lot. I appreciated that the HVAC unit was very quiet and didn’t disturb my sleep.

I loved the staff and this hotel! The only reason I noted that a couple of areas were not at the highest rating was just because of some sketchy folks hanging out just outside of the parking lot. In addition, the spa was a little unkept and the pool furniture was dated. But everything else, was great! The room was very clean, and they were accommodating with my need to have breakfast in our room because of my sleepy toddler. The staff were helpful and kind and the breakfast was great.

We've stayed at The Oaks many times. The overall property has gone downhill in the past 2 years. As Paso Robles is wine country they used to provide wine glasses in the room. No more. They used to provide plastic drinking glasses in the room. No more.
There is a homeless population that stays near the parking area all day long. I had concerns about my car being vandalized.
My next trip to Paso Robles I'll consider staying elsewhere.

The air conditioner was defective and my husband was unable to sleep.
The clerk stated my credit card could not be billed. They used my husbands card. I have now discovered you billed my card. I shave been double billed.

Nice room with high ceiling, very clean, good breakfast. Not very pretty surroundings, but close to a freeway.

The manager Sharon was so helpful and friendly. When we told her our van has problem and she took us to the auto shop across the street and tell the owner take good care of us. She really went out of her way to help us. I really appreciate her. The hotel is clean and we enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. And the free breakfast was also very good. Will definitely come back again.

Bath towels look old,and bedroom scent too strong(i think it’s honey suckle scent)when you use the shower,even you keep bathroom curtain closed,bathroom tiles also get wet,almost slip(dried the floor right away).
