location was great you could look down to the centre and the port. pool was terrific and great breakfasts

Beautiful place - lovely views out over the harbour. nice pool area with bar and food kiosk. Very helpful and friendly staff who answered all our messages prior to our arrival with all the information we needed. Wonderful breakfast! Far enough away yet within walking distance of centre of town with plenty of choice of bars, restaurants and shops.

pool and scenery is beautiful however not when it had been taken over by a wedding party.

we had the junior suite and the bathroom was tiny, not big enough for my 6’2” partner. when we arrived we went straight to the pool to relax, however there was a wedding party who had taken over the pool with about 100 people, no sunbed or chairs and we couldn’t find a spot to sit in the shade. We hadn’t been made aware of this party so where pretty shocked, when we went to complain the person who checked us in had left, the person we spoke to said they didn’t know they would still be there and shrugged shoulders at us, despite there was a buffet, wedding cake was being served by the staff and bottles of spirit being sold from the bar. loud rave music being played and weed being smoked. we spent over £200 a night to stay here, we where on our honeymoon and this really spoilt our stay. Member of staff did apologise however this didn’t really make up for it as we paid to us the pool and couldn’t location on the hill is that you have no option to pay €10 to use the shuttle, which for a 3 minute ride is very expensive way to travel, we did walk it in 15 minutes however this is difficult when you are going to and from the port with suitcases.

The room was spacious and very clean!

The only thing that was a down point was there was not a gym and the breakfast offering could be greatly improved. compares to other properties I have stayed in with comparable prices.

We loved the property and the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful regarding tour services, cars, restaurant advice etc. The views from breakfast and the rooms are stunning, overlooking the ragged mountain terrain of the island and the port. The views from the infinity pool are wonderful! Was so enjoyable lounging by the pool and enjoying an aperitivo at sunset. Great value for the property. Room had a lovely terrace with tables, a drying rack, outdoor sink and fridge. Lovely bed linens and soaps provided.

The room and bathroom size were smaller than expected and basic, could use a mirror added to the room and a shelf in the shower! Ultimately, room size didn't matter as the staff and property were so wonderful!

really good service, the receptionist booked everything for us, beautiful view, great pool and facilities! We even got free transfer to a couple of restaurants and beaches. we have really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in Lipari. Really beautiful island!!

Lovely stay, beautiful suite with a terrace and lots of privacy. Room was cool and bed comfy, a good night's sleep was guaranteed. Amazing infinity pool, good breakfast.

Coffee at breakfast was cold. You could ask for a better coffee from the bar, though.

The view was wonderful and the rooms were a very large size. We got upgraded to a sea view room free of charge which is always pleasant.

The staff recommended us to go to Coral Beach as a beach club with a restaurant which was not good. The food was awful and the place a bit run down. Didn't trust their recommendation for dinner as a result.

The view from the room was exceptional. The pool was beautiful.

The half board arrangement was good value and whilst the food was good the evening meal at different venue had a very limited choice.

We spent 4 wonderful days in Hotel Villa Enrica. The room was big, with a good bed and a nice terrace. Taking breakfast with the view on Lipari bay was absolutly fantastic. The swimming pool and the view was amazing (but water was too cold for us in this period). The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help. We rented a scooter from the hotel at the same price than in Lipari center but with no need to go there

There were dogs in the neighborhood barking in the middle of the night and early in the morning. Breakfast is the same every day, some change in the choice could improve the experience. No free transport between hotel and port : you have to walk (12-15 min) or take a taxi at a negociated fare of 10 euros

The view from the room near pool has one of the most beautiful views i have ever seen. The stuff is amazing and extremly helpfull. A dream place.

Great view from the pool over Lipari! Big rooms with huge terraces, great breakfast with a very nice view. Pool area is great. Walking distance to Lipari and the restaurants.

Unfortunately the shower only got hot once, the other days it was just slightly warm to cold. WLAN did not worked in the rooms. If you arrive by boat, you will need to walk up the hill with the luggage - just keep that in mind.

Located apart from Lipari town, and a little up the hill, enjoying a wonderful view of the Lipari gulf, this hotel is an ideal location to relax during or after the day. Charming rooms, wonderful swimming pool with a view, great terrace with amazing view for breakfast, good breakfast selection (also taking into consideration the Covid restrictions), nice personnel. Ideal if you have/rent a car. Shuttle taxi to/from Lipari harbour costs 10 euro if booked through the hotel (otherwise expect to be charged 15/20 euro for the 900m road reaching the hotel). If you have luggages the taxi is mandatory since the last 300m is a steeply uphill road. Rooms are supplied with wide terraces and fridge. Wifi was fast and working perfectly during our stay. Good fully equipped bathroom with very nice shower.

The staff could have been more friendly. Not very nice service at breakfast and rude looks when we asked for glasses for a bottle of wine we brought.
