Pros: recently renovated, Lobby & Room, which gives a very beautiful atheistic compared to when the location was under the Dunes. The view and the balcony is always my favorite. Great privacy on the balcony. Room was very clean and the 1 day I had housekeeping in (my choice) they did a great job. I enjoyed the covered parking on the side of the hotel versus parking out front in the parking lot. Only a couple steps away from the beach! Cons: I never had an issue with the bedding when I stayed with the Dunes but this time I did not enjoy the hard bed and flat pillows. I am a side sleeper and I could feel the springs digging into my hips. The pillows looked fluffy until I laid my head on them and then they became very flat and by the middle of the night I was very uncomfortable. I love dogs, but at the time of my stay I was surrounded with dogs (each side and above) so there was a decent bit of barking going on and seemed the dog above had a bone he kept dropping on the vinyl floor during the night. There was even a night when I believe a woman who works there delivered something to the room next to me and screamed and kept yelling “oh my god!”, I seriously thought something was wrong until I realized she has a dog phobia and the dog next door scared her. They had their “furry friend inside” tag on the door handle so I’m not sure why that was such a surprise.

Wonderful stay! Hotel catered to everything we needed! It smelled so good too! The rooms are very Margaritaville Resort , aqua blues vibes ! A lovely change from the normal ocean city aged hotels! Front desk staff and Vince the “bell guy” all super friendly , above and beyond!

All rooms are oceanfront and private which was fantastic. Pet friendly is a huge plus. Tried other places around OC and ridiculous pet fees. I will return for my weekend getaways during the quiet seasons.

Really love our stay, the room was great and the view amazing. Enjoyed our time on the balcony. Vince from guest services was great. He was very helpful since my husband has a disability, he made it so much easier to check in and out.

Best hotel ever!!!

We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. Very pet friendly which was great for us traveling with a dog, altho some of the dogs were a tad naughty. But can't blame hotel for poor guest etiquette. Location is prime between the beach, boardwalk, resturants and carnival. Plenty to do

Beautiful, comfortable, safe

Very nice and clean room. A lot of places to eat in walking distance. Only problem you cannot caste to the tv and the tv is bolted to the wall so I couldn’t connect my fire stick.

Nice place two blocks from the boardwalk, friendly staff, need more luggage carts the 2 of us needed to make 3 trips to get our things to our room, long wait for elevators

This property was completely renovated within the past year. However It seemed somewhat worn and threadbare.

Beautiful hotel. Room was nice. Ocean view was beautiful. Balcony chairs were very uncomfortable. My biggest issue was that housekeeping never made it to our room. The next day we called for extra towel and were very bluntly told it would be an hour as housekeeping was not in yet. The guest services person I spoke with was not friendly at all and issued no apologies for the inconvenience.

While this hotel was a great place before, a special place, the Hilton seems to have acquired it recently and wow! They made quite a few updates since the last time we visited and wow, was it a wonderful surprise! The room was pristine, very clean, with modern furnishings and decor. The bathrooms were very nice, upgraded with modern fixtures and hardware, new glass shower doors, etc. We liked the shampoo, cond, bodywash, etc. that was provided and are happy that they're in large pumps, which save on waste. This property is very close to the boardwalk. The showers just off the deck on the oceanside are convenient and well maintained. The dining areas have been renovated and updated with modern light fixtures, furniture, and other decorative elements. The food cost was reasonable and quality/taste of my son's fish and chips was excellent, comparable to "Go Brit" in the Lewes/Rehoboth area. Starbucks coffee in the morning and cookies in the evening were a nice touch. Staff was courteous and friendly, I liked having a doorman on the ground floor, we saw them most hours. Extra feeling of security and hospitality. We don't have any complaints about our visit, however it would be nice if use of the washer and dryers in the laundry facilities was at no charge, like we have experienced at other facilities. The front desk was great to provide us with rolls of quarters and we found that the items offered in their sundry shop were not overpriced like you would expect.

The restaurant had a limited menu, for a restaurant of that quality. However the food that they did serve was excellent.

It was beautiful decor - wonderful ocean view from balcony . Management was responsive & professional- staff was polite & professional. Excellent all around.

Well we’ve been trying to cancel since my family came down with Covid and nobody got back to us.. so Hotels.com said don’t cancel so we didn’t and we couldn’t go down so I guess we lost our money. I would like a call back or a reason why.

We stayed there when it was Dunes Manor, but they upgraded everything once Hilton bought them and it was amazing! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and not like a rock and the staff was so friendly! Will definitely come back!

CLEANLINESS IS MOST IMPORTANT, AND THIS IS WHAT WE EXPERENCED ALONG WITH BEING VERY HOSPITALBLE WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED, RESTAURANTS ARE EXCELLENT, LOVED BEING ABLE TO SIT ON BALCONY TO VIEW THE AMBIANCE OF THE SUNRISE AND SUNSET, AVERY SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH

Tara at the front desk went out of her way to get us a room in spite of being almost fully booked when we decided to stay an extra night. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Nice hotel. Far enough away from boardwalk that there isn’t noise or a whole bunch of people but you can walk around. If walking isn’t for you but you want to be on the boardwalk a lot then stay at a hotel closer in. If you want the ocean out your door then stay here. Clean hotel but some downsides to hotel: dirty towels and they only give you 3 so we had to ask for more because the clean towels had gross stuff on them. Everything else was very clean. One night they had an event during our stay which was a bummer because we paid a huge amount of money to stay there but they roped off the lobby and outside deck so we couldn’t use it. Lobby is a lot smaller than appears in pictures. Staying again is a maybe - very expensive for these downsides.

I gave this hotel a 3 due to all the dogs. I love animals but I don’t believe the dogs should be on the furniture or left to bark in the room all day night. They should be contained to 1 or 2 floors.

Loved corner ocean front room on the 11th floor and proximity to boardwalk and beach

Great stay, great view of thw ocean/beach and bext to boardwalk. Only issue, we were on 10th floor and there was a weird knocking sound all day from the Hallway. I noticed the noise was not on the floors below. Other than that, great stay.

The hotel was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for their guests. Very kind and helpful. The hotel is located very close to lower boardwalk area. Perfect for walks. My favorite item was the deck with rocking chairs to view the ocean. Perfect!

GREAT PLACE!

The room did not have water bottles for making hot beverages. The house coffee was terrible No bath tub. Ordered a cocktail from the bar which was one of the worst I've ever had. Ordered a hamburger medium, which came back well-done, which I too back to the room, but wound up throwing it away.

Overall a great stay people were smoking on deck though ruined the vibes and dog poop in the elevators…
