It is a nice place, but our experience was not great as there was water leak through the lift - which led to shutting down of 2 (out 3) lifts throughout our stay.

The room was tiny. Really small. The place wasn’t very clean. We couldn’t ring reception from room and had to ring oaks international to be patched to reception. Ordered room service and it never arrived (waited an hour) Poor quality teas and coffees in room. The bed reached both walls and you had to jump over the bed to get to other side.

Phone didn't function properly, neither did the door on the washing machine. 24$ for a slice of tiramisu that was barely more than a mouthful. Not great for a 4 1/2 ⭐ hotel and there's so much choice in Melbourne

Photos on expedia made it look better than it was, especially the pool area. Too small and not family friendly at all.

Although it is difficult to find the car parking (it is in a lane behind city road) and when arriving you have to buzz reception to get in, the place is both convenient and nice to stay at.

This is our 2nd time staying at Wrap at Melbourne. The first time was back in 2018. As expected, it is still one of our favourite accommodation options in Melbourne city. Clean with onsite parking.
However, for this visit, as one of the lifts is under repaired, there is longer waiting time to get up and down the building especially during check-out period.
Nevertheless, the stay at Wrap is still comfortable and enjoyable and would definitely stay there when we visit Melbourne again.

Great parking as we have a large car. Staff great to deal with. Rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are comfortable. Close to southbank and all the restaurants.

Absolutely loved the place, but the lifts are atrocious, waited nearly 30mins to go to the 12th floor ?

Great hotel to stay in ,we will stay again
The main issue we had was one elevator is out of order so the lifts take ages to get
Decided to take the stairs inwhich we found out there all locked from within the stairwell itself hence getting stuck in the stairwell this is also a breach of fire codes and i hope this is corrected before something bad happens .

The apartment was very modern, spacious and well equipped. The balcony offered a great view onto Southbank and Melbourne CBD (Apartment with City View needs to be booked!). The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is very central and allows to discover the city by foot. I stayed there twice and enjoyed it very much both times.

I loved the cleanliness and homeliness of the studio apartment. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming and the room/location had all the amenities I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Common areas are modern and clean, apartment itself was clean, comfortable well stocked and modern, but not well looked after. E.g. the carpet had seen better days. But a more than pleasant stay overall.

What a lovely place. Havde put staff in here but never stayed here myself until now. From check in to check out was great. Upgraded to the 33rd floor which was the most stunning view. Large room with kitchen facilites. Short walking distace to Southbank restaurants and Crown Casipn. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

The wrap continues to be our go to. Easy access off West Gate, secure parking, central location with everything on walking distance, friendly staff and terrific rooms. We were appreciative on arrival to also gave our room upgraded from a studio - Thankyou. Looking forward to another visit later in the year.

The check in was quick and easy and we were given a complimentary late check out of 11am without even asking for it. The staff were friendly and professional. We loved our 2 bed apartment. The air con was already on when we entered and it kept the whole apartment cool and lovely to sleep. The beds were very comfortable. We walked to and from Sidney Myer Music Bowl to see Louis Tomlinson in concert. We felt safe walking back at 11pm and were easily able to access the hotel with our key card. We will definitely stay again. And thanks for the Tim Tam on departure. A nice gesture.

The property was lovely and clean and comfortable. The only problem was when making my booking on wotif I requested 2 twin beds and there was a king bed. When I spoke to reception they said wotif hadn’t communicated this information to them.
