Very good and comfortable hotel. Pretty convenient location. Excelent service. The only problems that se hás este related to the very bad internet conexion and the shower condition. Ir was impossible to shower without soaking the restroom floor.

The hotel was in a good location, however this is not good for anyone that can’t carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Elevator starts on the second floor. We arrived at 7:00pm and there is no one to greet you. No actual lobby or not any way to talk to a receptionist. We were a bit lost on the arrival process. They do not have any food on property including drinks/snacks. Note: Our hotel lost power for 6 hours (scheduled or accidental road work issue-not sure). No elevators, AC, lights, TV, wifi, etc…. The hallways were completely dark. This should have been immediately addressed by text or messenger to the guests to make arrangements for the day. We could not take showers or be able to prepare for our dinner plans.

There are two buildings, our room was in a different bulding which was clean and good but access was difficult due to a tiny lift and lots of stairs. The rooms are small too but are clean and comfortable.

The professionalism and friendly welcoming attitude of all staff was very much appreciated. Interior of the triple room, where we stayed, is modern, clean with excellent air conditioning. From this hotel, you can walk to all major attractions (Vatican City, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc.) I had the chance to meet the Hotel Manager after checking out and expressed our appreciation for how well her hotel is managed and how friendly, helpful and professional all of the staff we encountered were. Before staying here, I read some reviews complaining about the elevators, which are designed for just 1 person at a time. As a historic heritage building (a former monastery), the property was permitted very limited space to install an elevator, without impacting the building's historic value. I have a suggestion for the breakfast buffet, which was wonderful... please consider making some of the egg dishes without bacon (or serve the bacon/meat separately), as some guests are vegetarian. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Argentina was perfect! Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and central to many sights such as the Pantheon, Colosseum, and Roman Forum. Everything is walkable with lots of good food around.

I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very professional and helpful. Thank you.

Great place once you find it. It’s like an escape room! I won’t spoil the surprise! Very nice rooms and beds. Staff was very helpful and kind. Easy to get to from the train station. Just hop on bus 40.

Situated in a very central location to many of Rome’s main attractions. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay here. Beds and pillows were great and the rain head shower felt super! We got there very early and they let us into our room ahead of time which was so wonderful! We got help with bags, and a wake up call at 2:40 am plus transportation to the airport they set up for us. This was an amazing hotel that was so helpful!

My accommodation was in a separate building from reception. Otherwise excellent

My friends and I needed a last minute place to stay in Rome, and this place was perfect!!! The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff were amazing! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I started our honeymoon trip to Rome with this charming, gem of a hotel and we had the best stay! We were upgraded on arrival which was a sweet surprise and the complimentary bubbly didn't hurt either. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and so helpful with all sorts of dining recommendations. The location was spot on and a 10 minute walk from many of the local attractions. Our stay in Rome was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were beautifully decorated, the location was great and the staff could not have been more helpful! I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Rome! We will definitely be back!

The property was very clean and well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. It was in a nice part of town with very nice cafes and restaurants close by. It was easy walking distance to all the areas we wanted to visit. The Wi-Fi although apparently available, wasn’t very good and we wound up not using it.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Overall it was a good property to stay the only thing was the beds were like concrete! Very hard and uncomfortable, all they need is some mattress topper to make it a little softer and the pillows were flat and not comfortable either. had issue with elevator as well. They got stuck and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs after an all day walk! Brutal!
