Amazing. From the start to the end. We had an excellent time. Sebastian and Rodrigo stand out as great hosts along with the rest of the attentive staff. The food is perfect, the wine, the views. Everything is amazing.

A stellar experience from start to finish. Notes of delicious food, engaging activities and a superlative finish with impeccable service throughout made for a memorable vineyard experience. And quite the stunning architectural hotel structure, chosen with obvious care on the top of a hill with the lake on one side and distant Andes on the other.

What a way to kick off our 3 week trip in Chile! Amazing place to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Beautiful place to relax, enjoy great meals, drink amazing wine and take in the surroundings. Service was top- notch, rooms gorgeous, and staff very helpful. Definitely tour their wine-making facility!

It was beautiful but no room service, no tv and not many dining options in the hotel and absolutely none nearby. The vineyard the hotel is on is worth a visit and the views from the rooms were amazing!

The hotel is beautiful both in terms of the building/rooms and the surroundings. The service was very friendly but never intrusive. We had a very peaceful and relaxing few days at Vik Chile. A couple of things to note - the pool is not heated and is therefore seasonal, there isn't a huge range of food options so if you have any dietary restrictions you may need to repeat meals - the food was excellent though.

The hotel and the wine house are very beautiful !! Pity we had a problem the second day that the hotel manager with one more employee approached our friends accusing us that we had broken a small table in the living room at 1:30 am.
It was impossible because we had gone to sleep at 11:30 pm, but even stating that fact they kept accusing us and wanting our credit card to guarantee it.
Unfortunately this broke the mood of everyone on the trip ... this was because we were still going to stay two more days at the hotel and they could have more certainty before going accusing our group ...
But as we expected, they checked the cameras and saw that they made a mistake and apologized and gave us a wine and dinner for everyone in the group, but that does not erase the embarrassment that we have experienced

professional staff...like private retreat.

Simply Amazing!!!Viña Vik is really on a category of its own...beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the valley; outstanding food and wine with the most friendly service: The great welcome from Juan and Arturo to Maca, Nico, Fausto at the restaurant, Camila who we got to meet at the end of our stay, Paz who took me on a real fun horse back ride and Lorena who always treated us with a big smile! Will go back and take friends along to experience this magical place and taste its delicious wine!

We had an awful experience with the noisy and uncomfortable room (30oC and no A/C) and with the restaurant, which has terrible service and bad food (could not eat dinner due to the lack of quality of food offered. Staff is incompetent and stressful.
Ended up leaving one day in advance, despite having pre-paid USD 900 a night. Wines made there are pretensious and definitely not premium.

Two and a half hours from Santiago, hotel is located in a great setting. Striking architecture (both hotel and winery) with each room individually decorated. Great food & fantastic wine, lots of things to do if you want to be active (bikes, horses, walks) and many options to relax too (spa, pool). Excellent service and attention to detail, you will be pampered.
