I usually dont leave reviews but due to bad experience wanted to warn. I booked it due to the close proximity of Canton Fair. I got there at night, there were no signs. Taxi driver didnt know where to drop me. I can’t speak Chinese, convinced driver to call Hotel, they couldn’t explain direction either. I was about to leave but decided to walk to other side of bldg and sure enough saw sign on the opposite side of the main road. I went to the lobby on the 1st floor and they told me to go the 30th floor as that’s where receptionist for my room is. On 30th floor, it was not a proper office, very disorganized and dirty. Got my room key after 25 mins of him making many copies of different papers including color copy of my passport that I wasn’t happy. Rm was a disappointment, scratched floors, black mold in shower & around main window, no fridge as advertised, bed with 2 pillows only, mattress worn out, no iron and stove wasn’t working. Had a long flight, exhausted and was too late to complain so next day went to receptionist and there were 15 ppl ahead. Waited for 20mins and only 1 person was served. I didn’t want to wait for hrs so called Hotel.com and explained the situation. After 35mins of hold, they told me to contact the Hotel directly as they cannot cancel my booking and it was nonrefundable. Then spoke to Hotel and they said only Hotel.com can cancel. Ended up staying at a different hotel without getting refund. Paid $205/night, too expensive for service/location.

hopefully my review is helpful for those who are attending exhibition! The location is perfect, it is within the walking distance to the exhibition site about 5 minutes or so. Not much to do around the area though. not even decent restaurant. for dinner, we had to take the taxi to go out every night. Taxi drivers charges extra to get out of the town too. There is one convenient store nearby to get water and snacks. This hotel is a bit different. It is not a regular hotel but instead apartment complex mananged by a company. So, it might get you little confused. they required me cash deposit at the check-in. The beds in the room were very comfy and heavenly. However, our 2 bed room suite was small with only 1 bathroom. It was more like a studio with 1 bed in the room and the other bed in the living room lol cleaning service was great every morning though. For business purpose only, i would suggest this hotel to friends

The kitchen area had cooker, microwave and washing machine though the washing machine was not working, which was a shame, so I cannot give hotel 5 stars. Otherwise I would say very good hotel. I shall stay here every time when visiting for an exhibition. Hotel is very close to exhibition center so it ideal location if attending. There are fast food court close by for lunch. For actual restaurants, you'll need to take a taxi ride. Internet connection was good.

This is by far the worst hotel i ever stayed. With average 200USD per night, this was what I got. First, by Expedia guaranty and also call ahead of time, the hotel had NO room for me when i arrived. They made me wait like an hour before they found me a room in the next door hotel. The next day when they told me my room was ready, I walked in the room with the cleaning lady still working on it. After I walked in the room, I found out lots of things was broken or in bad condition. First, half of the light bulb was not working. (I had to change the light bulbs myself after waiting for the maintenance guy that never show up.) Now, the wall paper is falling apart. The floor had a hole on it. The towels had holes. The sofa had stains. The door and cabinets is all in bad shape. Even the sink was falling apart. How about the service? A guy walked into my room in the middle of night and told me the hotel employee gave him the key to my room and thought this was an empty room. What the worst part is.....the hotel employee who gave him the key was the same guy who bought me a light bulb 10 mins ago so I could replace myself. I been changing four rooms in the course of two weeks staying. All the rooms were the same bad condition. Ohh....Did I mention the smell?

I changed my room once because of the noise of machines near my room. However, the second room quality is worse, disappointments include the problematic door lock, broken wall in the toilet and almost 50% of the room lightings are malfunction.

No toilet paper in the room. Bed was done properly.

While the room was spacious and comfortable, it was not pleasantly clean - the sofa was dirty and itchy, and the marble shower area was badly stained and had corroded. The iron I requested for was poor in quality and leaking, not to mention I had to carry the iron and board myself from the reception to the room, self-service! Communicating with the receptionist was also difficult as they could not understand basic English or even Cantonese, considering we were in Guangzhou. The worst part were the lifts. In the mornings, we had to wait for at least 15 minutes for the lift to arrive. We waited for 30 minutes on the first morning as the lift was full, and it made us so late for our business meeting. In the end, we resorted to using the service lift which doesnt go to the lobby, but to the carpark. The hotel room looks nice online, but in actual fact, it is poorly maintained with peeling wallpapers, stained sofa, and squeaky floors. The only positive was the comfortable bed.

Overall service and hotel room have improved a little bit. The main problem will be the sanitary tools part, but the showering gel was execellent actually.

I have to carry my luggage from reception to my room. Nobody help me with that and no trolley was available. When I request them to help me with my luggage they said that there is no one available. 3. The telephone/inter comm line was dead, I cannot call room service for any kind of help. For each and every small little thing, I have to go from 44th floor to delp desk which was at 24th floor. 4. The bed Cover and Pillow cover were dirty and pale yellow in color. I have to ask the lady at the reception help desk to get it changed. After an hour she came herself to change it. When I asked her why she is doing her self. She said that they are running out of staff. Over all experience was very terrible.

We couldn't find the hotel because they had the wrong phone number on their website. The staff speaks 0 English. the hotel is in terrible condition. The showers are dirty and the bathrooms and towels smell bad. Half the lights were not working properly in the room. the breakfast was tasteless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!

Cool corporate room, its an apartment more than hotel. Close to the expo, comfortable. Not more to ask.
