Just an overnight passing through on the way home. Wanted to see the Statehouse and Murrah memorial both of which were fabulous. The hotel was convenient to both and very comfortable. Had drinks and a tasty flatbread in the bar. Room was definitely pricey though.

Fronswai, at the front desk, was very nice & friendly. She even texted me while I was there to see if I needed anything. I think that’s the 1st time anyone has ever done that at any of the hotels I’ve ever stayed at. So courteous & thoghtful!

The hotel is close to baseball field, dining and the hospital. We stayed with 3 small kids and they had cribs, a great breakfast, high chairs in breakfast area, free laundry facilities you just had to bring cleaning items or buy them from the front desk.

I have stayed at multiple Embassy Suites. This is my first time at this location. We were nicely greeted when we arrived for check in. The staff were friendly on our few interactions. The property was nicely kept. Fantastic morning breakfast. Evening managers invitational is always nice.

The place was very clean, well staffed, and spacious. I liked that there was a lounge to go have a drink or order something to eat. The breakfast was fabulous! Everyone was too notch and helped us by being extending our checkout time a little bit when we couldn’t be back before 11:00. Excellent place all around!!

Trip started with a less than professional greeting in members line - but other than that the stay was fine UNTIL room service entered our room before 9am on a Saturday- I have never had room service attempt this early - I sent a not to the desk about the situation and they just referred to just leave a review. I did this hotel as the worst location - I do see this as an outlier as all over locations have not had this problem.

I would’ve given this property an all around 5 STAR if it wasn’t for having to pay for parking where it is self-parking and there’s a big lot in the hotel grounds. I have no idea why this hotel charges for self-parking. This was extremely expensive and for this reason, I probably won’t return to this hotel. We go to that area at least once a month, but I will most likely not return.

It was a good 5-day stay for us. The place was clean and accessible. The breakfast-serving staff were very friendly. The reason our rating isn't even higher is because two of the hotel desk staff (both African Americans) seemed disinterested and were not helpful. (e.g. When we asked for restaurant recommendations, the answer was McDonald's! We discovered soon afterward that there are several good OKC restaurants that could have been mentioned.) Their demeanor was in stark contrast to the rest of the staff. We thought you should know.

Little issue when checking in. They put us in a regular room. We reserved and paid for 2 room suite. After calling to let them know of this issue they met us at the new 2 room suite with keys and the rest of our trip was good.
