Upon arrival there's a sense of excitement that we picked a great hotel. The exterior looks new and wonderful with a spa feeling...4 star. Then the room drops to a 3 star but the kicker is the bathroom.
A 1 star. It is sooo dated they didn't even attempt to update anything...feels like an old Flintstones bathroom with stained sink fixtures. I had to clean the shower head to get descent wayer spray. When you shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet.

property, location, staff and service were all wonderful. we had vip free massages (family of 5!) and dining discount. would highly recommend this hotel

Location is great and staff is friendly but our room smelled moldy and the toilet seat and lid always appeared dirty. The washcloths were crusty, the room with a jacuzzi tub in it appeared to have mold on the walls and the tub did not appear to be clean, we did not use it. There wasn’t any natural sunlight in our room. It was “semi-basement” which hotels.com did not include in the room description, it does say that on the hotel website but I didn’t check their website prior to booking through hotels.com, I wish I had. The gym was hot, no air conditioning and there weren’t any rules about having small children in there, one family had 4 kids running around while the parents used the facilities, it was hard to have a nice workout there.

Our stay at the Liana was amazing. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. They made wonderful recommendations and made sure we had whatever we needed, answering all of our questions with detail. The property appears to be very family friendly and is definitely a beachfront property with a bar and restaurant. Right across the street is their beach set up but get there early as the chairs are claimed quickly.

The staff was unaware of prices at the bar for drinks. The food at the restaurant wasn’t to our liking. When we arrived there had apparently been a power outage and the room was warm and there was no water. When we were checking out in the morning there was no one to check us out only a security, we had to wait until an employee came to check us out and she was very rude. Didn’t even ask how our stay was and they weren’t even able to order a taxi for us to the airport. We had to google and call cab companies ourselves. Overall very mediocre service and stay.

This hotel was not worth the price during high season. It’s being marketed as a lux hotel and is anything but.
The beach chairs alone were so gross and stained. You couldn’t even get one because people lay towels there at 7am then take off for the day.
The bathroom smelled like mildew. The AC was broken and it took 3 calls and a poor review in real time to finally have someone fix it.
Sofia was the only staff member that was polite and attentive.

The location is perfect! The front desk staff was very helpful in planning excursions for us. The rooms are nice, except there is no place to unpack your clothing. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. They only provide a thin blanket. Otherwise the hotel’s location is amazing.

This is a great property T the end of Agia Propiaos that is an amazing location. It’s at end of beach so not crowded; has its own lawn and ‘private beach’ and great outdoor bar. Hotel breakfast is fantastic. And most of staff is amazing. It’s easy walk south or North, and bus is so easy to catch and ride up to town or beaches Soith. The rooms are fine, but the welcome drink, pool, location and all the other amenities really make the hotel a great place to stay.

What an incredible property with a beautiful beach! Food was outstanding. Welcome drinks delicious. Rooms beautiful and unique. Pool area and spa perfect! Front desk lady with tattoos on her hands took WAY longer than needed explaining things. But wonderful stay!!

Very nice boutique hotel with the names of the Gods and Godesses for the rooms , breakfast is excellent and restaurant on site is very nice as well , nice sandy beach across the street .

We had a wonderful stay at the resort! Staff was welcoming and quick to offer a hand. Breakfast buffet had an amazing assortment of food and pastries. The food on their regular menu was delicious. The rooms were well appointed and clean. We would definitely come back for another stay.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect! Direct access to an amazing beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. It's also only about a 5-10 min drive to Naxos city, if you're looking for a larger town. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The only negative I would say is that we stayed in a room with an outdoor hotel, but never really got to use it because it was only lukewarm. We asked if they could turn up the temperature, and they did, but it still was barely warm. Not sure if this was just our room or some kind of eco-friendly saving strategy, but it was a bit of a disappointment. But overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Welcomed by Vicky the very first day and every day. She made us feel like family, giving us recommendations on seeing the island. She coordinated our rental car and had it delivered to the hotel. Room was outstanding, breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Convenient to restaurants and public transport. Beach access, chairs and umbrellas were included in the room rate, and were well maintained. The staff was attentive and accommodating! Thank you! We will be back!

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the views were stunning. Breakfast was delicious. The beach was very relaxing, and it was so nice to have the beach chairs included with the stay. The pool, gym, and spa facilities were also great. We were very happy with our stay at Liana and hope to stay there again on our next visit to Naxos!

Don’t look any further! The Liana is a beautiful property, centrally located, on the beach, and has the most amazing staff and management. Everyone is so gracious. The rooms are well appointed, clean linens daily, beach towels daily, sun beds for guest use on the beach, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. Steps to the bus stop or the hotel will arrange a car rental for you to explore other parts of the island- which I highly recommend. We can’t say enough about how welcoming, friendly and helpful the staff at the Liana are! Made our trip!

Great location and new modern upscale resort. Stayed four nights with 8 and 6 yr. The Elite suite was great, two large bathrooms was good surprise there. The complimentary breakfast had everything you might want. Sandy beach with comfy hotel chairs across the street serviced by the hotel. Good size pool and swallow pool for little kids. Excellent service from check in to check out. Highly recommend would stay again.

A lovely hotel located on the beach in Agios Prokopias, Naxos. The rooms are large with very comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. The stag were outstanding and very accommodating. The location is excellent - close to shops and dining.

Had a extremely relaxing time here with our 4 year old. Staff were so friendly, property was beach front and there were beach umbrellas and chairs owned by the hotel to use for free. Beach was one of the best ones on the island, and 2mins walk to an array of restaurants and shops. If you want to see the island we suggest hiring a car, the rental places are all down the road and cheap! Overall, we would definitely come back, and stay here in the future.
