underground parking very convenient and really liked trolleys to assist with moving luggage.

couple of little things......TV in bedroom not working.......general cleanliness good but needs a spring clean..........drawers and cupboards need wiping out, behind toilet door was dirty and switches etc. were dusty and sticky

Was a good room for the price with a view of the beach Short walk to beach, local cafe and bar. Water pressure in shower wasn't very good and our garage remote didn't work on our car park

We spend a week and enjoyed the views and breeze from the 2nd floor apartment. Located close to everything. Relaxing week was had.

Although the property is a little older in decor it has all you need, the location is fantastic and the customer service from property manager is five stars , I would stay there again and my friends who live in colaudra will recommend to any visitors they may have and can't accommodate themselves.

Unfortunately I couldn’t stay here for my whole trip because I was sick. My friends treated the place very poorly and despite that, the manager was extremely understanding of my position. Malcolm - the manager - is so sweet and the apartments are absolutely lovely with a great view!
It’s an adorable place for families or couples to get away from the day-to-day. I loved Merrima court holidays!

The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Well overdue for a renovation which it’s getting next week. We will definitely be back to see it’s facelift, and booking the same room to enjoy it all again!

Comfortable and well-appointed. It was lovely to relax on the patio watching the ocean.
Unit 1 was on the ground floor, so very easy to go in and out with the dog. Good shutters and curtains for privacy from the pool area when needed.
Great to have the esplanade footpath right at the end of the street, as well as a bunch of good cafes.
Bring along some day-to-day items if staying for more than a night (toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, etc.).

Really enjoyed the stay - quiet and peaceful and very secure. Parking included was a good bonus and so close to the sea. Malcolm was a bit of a laugh and there were also books and DVDs to borrow. Foxtel including movies and sport was available. Wifi was a bit touch and go in the living areas and kitchen but never mind.

Great communication from managers. Older style units but very clean & tidy. Had everything you for a beach stay. Stones throw to beach & cafes plus a sparkling pool.

First time staying at Kings Beach and loved it! Apartments are in a great location - close to cafes, shops & beach. We had an amazing view from the balcony of #16. We did find the bedrooms a little hot as they don’t have ceiling fans, only pedestals. There is air conditioning in the lounge room.

Walking along boardwalk , on the sand, ice cream, great food in area. Kings Tavern Tuesday night steak night YUMMMM. All and all a nice place.
