The area surrounding the hotel is nasty. But once you enter the secure parking lot it’s like an oasis in the desert simply wonderful. I’ll stay there again.

the room reserve was ok but in the bathroom they're was roaches running around not good

What I miss is that the guards will wash the cars they stopped doing that.i will like that they will wash our cars I love this place

Is close to the Cahulia

Hotel was average, compared to others I’ve booked before in Tijuana. No TV and AC remotes available at time of check-in. Room was hot and muggy and there was no way to ventilate much less use their AC.

Convenient location

The room bedding sheets were dirty and smelly. The towels looked dirty also. There were towel hooks and no hand towels. The shower had no place to put shampoo bottles on.

My 7 or 8th stay. Nice hotel located right in the heart of Zona Norte. Thank you Fernanda, second time with a fast & efficient check in. Both times literally under 5 minutes. Second time enjoying the quiet bar and restaurant with my partner.

Good for what I paid, staff very nice

4th stay, the young lady working the desk checked me in fast and efficient. Room 419 had working aircon and cable TV. I want this room again. I will be back.

The pictures that are posted of this property are completely updated. It looks nothing like that. There were cockroaches everywhere we checked in at 10 PM and we had to wait 25 minutes for our room. Then when we address the problem they gave us another room with just as many bugs, worst experience I’ve ever had in Mexico

It's on a noisy area. The ac wasn't working. Connection bad. Not very good service. I do not recommend it..I give 1 star*

It was better than I expected. The room was bigger than previous hotel with one bed and the shower was fantastic with a great water pressure. I’m going to come back here again

Parking attendant JOSE patrols the parking lot and does great security. I always feel safe when my motorcycle is in parking lot. Wonderful staff throughout the hotel. Good food in restaurant.

I had a paid reservation but they did not provide their parking. The area outside of hotel is a little scary and no parking. Rooms are fine but simple. I did not stay this time due to parking.

Very nice place to stay . The suite room are nicer and worth the upgrade.

We went to check in at 4 and our rooms were not ready until 8:30 because of short staff. We had to wait over 4 hours in lobbey/dinning area for our rooms.

Staff was great and the rooms were nice and spacious. Didn't like the bedding it seemed dirty and smelled bad.

Run down. They haven’t replaced anything in years.

Attentiveness to detail. I prefer to stay in one of the four larger suites above the reception area. On my most recent stay I was in room 404. The hotel staff does a good job of maintaining the rooms generally. But on my most recent stay, the walls had some staining from liquids splashed on them. The television screen was cleaned with something excessively wet and left to dry. The table in the sitting area was dirty from a previous guest. I like this hotel, I have stayed here many times and I plan on returning. I also appreciate that they used to allow the parking supervisor to wash your vehicle, if you needed such a thing. But it appears they have recently discontinued this service. And for the small fee of $10 he always did a good job.

I was so disappointed of this hotel it said 4 start but is terrible and the location is super bad not good for a family vacation around the hotel it was full of grils in each corner

Too loud at night Saldy lots of roaches sherw n there. Would i come back? If i was on a budget i wouod wait longer and find a different place.
