This hotel has technical problems with the elevators, Hugo at front desk is rude and petulant. He gave us a key to a room ocuppied by 2 other guests and we walked in on these people’s room. Shocking experience for us all! When we went down stairs to complain he acted so rude and started typing on his keyboard very nonchalantly like he didn’t care and it wasn’t a major security and privacy problem. We talked to the person in charge who was nice but honestly… rude front desk, security issues, bad elevators, old and outdated decoration, good breakfast thou… but don’t think we’ll be going back.

What an experience!!! we stayed at this Hotel for three (3) days Beds was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and fresh. The Front Desk, Maintenance and Housekeeping Staff was Hospitable always ready to assist. I am definitely looking forward for my next stay at this prestigious Hotel.

It takes away from the bad image that Tegucigalpa has. This hotel is a must in the city. Clean and organized. The view from the balcony is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have fun and explore.

Well, this is by far the worst experience ever in the world.
If you want to wake up to the banging of your door by an ARMED security staff of this hole, book it.
Don’t even complain to front desk, not even in the worst scums of the world there is a person as rude as the employees of this “hotel”

The staff is amazing, but with events, the elevator use was impossible, could be 12-15" before you could get to your room. The catering may be amazing, but the restaurant served the same thing all the time and a la carte. So salmon, would not come with a veggie and potato, just a plop of salmon. By the time you ordered those things, it'd be $50 which is very expensive, and it wasn't really prepped or presented like a $50 plate, or seasoned or marinated or anything. Salads would be all over the place, like 31 croutons and 13 pieces of lettuce in a caesar once. A bread salad! Now Melissa Zelaya made some special deliveries for family and she is brilliant and deserves to run the place, if she doesn't already - so if you go and want food or niceties or anything, find her, tip her, she had flowers and pizza and candy and all kinds of things sent to my spouse and family, and THAT was magic, thanks to her!

The hotel is actually good but the management is simply too greedy and are trying to maximise on you at every single step. I exchanged 100 usd and their exchange rate was 1900 in oppose to 2500 that is the official rate. As gold member they offer 20 procent discounts, they only gave me when I insisted. I was dining with a group that I paid for, they were standing and watching exactly what I was eating so they only had to give discount on that. Principal OK but very cheap behavior. Breakfast was included but the portion very small. Asked for additional charge when I asked to get a bigger portion.

I liked the very strong commitment they had to biosecurity. Masks, hand-sanitizing gel bottles were eveywhere. Besides, I was impressed with the care and dedication of the ladies mopping the floors. Biosecurity is much stronger here than many places in the US.
