Good room, nice staff, top floor, corner room. Looked modern but, usb didn't work but nice surprise to see them. Breakfast was not to my standards. I would have prefer yo habe 2 key soI could leave the room with the ac on, but the unit was good at cooling the room pretty quickly. I would like to see small refrigerators in the rooms. I am a diabetic and they come in handy. They brought me one, late and they didn't plug it. Thanks to the staff anyway.

Came to our favorite hotel in San Pedro Sula to celebrate our first anniversary. It's always a pleasant stay, the staff is charming and very helpful. The breakfast is included but the selection of items quite limited. A special thanks to Cecilia at the front desk, she is most kind and helpful.

I have visit San Pedro Sula several times with family and always choose to stay at Las Cascadas Hotel love it. The most beautiful of this hotel is great customer service at front desk, great cleaning staff and safety.

Wonderful rooms and responsive staff. Felt safe/secure. They arranged transportation from airport as well which was appreciated. Though please know this is not a hotel shuttle, but someone they contract out with. When we had one out of the group cancel their room due to an emergency, the hotel was super helpful and understanding cancelling. Overall great experience and really liked our stay!

Travel from Houston Texas for vacation and stay at Las Cascadas Hotel at SPS. Love the 👉 Comfort, Safe, Great Customer Service, Very Clean Hotel Room, Delicious Breakfast, Private parking for my rental vehicle…. Etcetera.

Sparkle clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

We just stayed for 1 night, and it was just what we needed at the right price. Definitely we stay there next time

A very decent hotel, located in La Zona Viva, an excellent area of San Pedro Sula. The buffet breakfast needs improvement, it's literally the same every morning. The coffee machine in the lobby is an added PLUS.

Arrived 3 hours before checkin time and was allowed to go to the room. Upon arrival to the room. it was not ready. far from ready. We just needed to change anyway so we did that and returned later in the day and all was well. The AC did not work but maintenance quickly reset the breaker and all was well. Friendly staff and some spoke English. Breakfast was less than desirable. Room was updated and comfortable and clean.

I didn't show up due to a family emergency. I tried cancelling , but I couldn't since the time was passed the check in

Everything was almost perfect, I would of loved for our room to have a microwave and refrigerator, I don’t know if the other rooms had one but our room didn’t.

We went for a nice escape to the city with the expectations of room service and nice buffet breakfast with our coffee waiting for us! The room service was calling to the adjoining CHINESE restaurant and getting it delivered. Yes, room service was only CHINESE! No late night wings, fries or club sandwich - horrible Chinese! If I want to eat Chinese,which is once every 3 years, I go to a very nice Chinese restaurant, but I don't want Chinese for lunch and dinner. Ok, the breakfast buffet - what a joke. Soggy bread with pieces of hot dog on them, dry toast, scrambled eggs in a pool of water, NEVER bacon, sausage, fresh pancakes, syrup, nothing. It was truly pathetic. The room had an extremely comfortable king bed and a nice split AC. The shower had great pressure and was clean/tiled. If looking for a bit of a get-away hotel with room service and buffet breakfast, don't go here. Comfy bed, great AC and nice bath - good choice.

Everthing was uprisingly good.

Stayed for 4 nights. Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. Very helpful in room location and answering questions about the property amenities. Will definitely be coming back to Las Cascadas in the future.
